Nothing in the original description of the scp that snaps your neck when look away describes it as the peanut thing, just that it's made of concrete. That leaves so much up for good character design and yet we went with the worst possible one.

Wait, reading again, it says it's made of "concrete and rebar" and assuming they didn't crack open the thing (they cant), there's no visible rebar anywhere on that stupid peanut statue. Such a wasted opportunity.
