fair but Philly is just weird.

also the fanbase is always what makes a sport special. i wouldn't want to be a baseball player if there were no fans watching. the pandemic sucked for sports.

Weaponization is more of a "how many weapons do my civs carry" but I guess the civilian militia works as a good defense also.

Depends. Quality over quantity is important. Especially in England with non League football. I rather have 300 loyal fans then 20,000 plastics.
