Because that's how the game works. If you want to move to another region go to that region's page and click the button that says "Move [your nation] to [region']"

You start in a game-created region (one of the Pacifics,) and from there you can move to another region, start your own, or for any reason no matter how petty find yourself booted here from a region you don't control. Pitching a fit and flaming other players is not a particularly good way to make friends and influence people around here.
