On an unrelated note.
This is what I think New Nations actually create when they try to make tanks but don't have the tech for it.

It is my personal belief that they have an upside-down handcart that they push from the inside with a cannon loaded on the top. They reach their hand out through the top to light the cannon, but they have to stop and get out to reload it.

Or, better, they have a horse drawn carriage that the horse stands inside on a treadmill that powers it, and then that's surrounded with iron armor and fitted with an 18th century cannon.

Or they all just use Divinci's tanks
