The more you aid other countries, the higher your foreign aid.

Usually stats increase or decrease through Issues, and choices that involve helping other countries will probably increase foreign aid.

Vote Recommendation: Against

Resolution Analysis
Overview:

The proposal at vote, The Commission On Sentient And Sapient Rights, seeks to implement a set of rights intended to prevent unnecessary suffering or death in sentient and sapient beings, barring a set of pre-defined circumstances.

Recommendation:

The Ministry of World Assembly Affairs, having reviewed the text of the proposal, has determined that while its goals are laudable, its execution is inherently flawed.

The Ministry notes that the proposal uses an overly broad definition for "sentience". As defined in the proposal, a housefly would be deemed sentient and make killing it a violation of international law.
For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote against the General Assembly proposal at vote.
