one of CIL's most notorious killers has fled the country after presumably killed 3 men in the small town of Gulin situated on the south-west section of the nation. The men were 23, 27, and 35. Their bodies were found in the road each representing on side of a triangle. The youngest was identified as Ben Vindal who was the son of farmer who lived on the outskirts of Gulin. The second was identified as Gertrude Dinderlayel. A apprentice of the famous blacksmith of the town Cullsun Atrik. The the third and oldest was identified as Martin Shaw, the owner of the only barber shop in Gulin. They were all stabbed in the heart and had an X slashed on their forehead and back. The killer has only ever been seen wearing a black mask and cloak with the same X on the forehead and cloak. The people of CIL has been calling him The black X. He has killed over 15 people over the past 6 years. He was last seen when he reportedly stole the fishing boat of an old fisher named Finn Etch. The boat is 5 feet wide and 10 feet long, it is painted red but the pain has mostly pealed off exposing the oak wood used to make the boat. CIL's government has sent a search party to look for The Black X but without a face it will be very hard to find him. Five days ago one of CIL famous explores set out from the Capital to find unclaimed land to settle in. He decided to take 3 ships with 15 crewmen each he planed to settle in or find the land that many of the island people of CIL talk about. He wants to find out if it really as great as they say. Today the king got a letter from him saying he had landed on the land and that is is more fertile than any other place in CIL. The king just ordered further expedition and colonization of the land the explorer had found. The explorer had also said that their was another nation (States of anarc e) that seemed friendly and would like to have a Neighbor. |
