That’s why I’m not a fan of Telenovela Adaptions of Medieval works like FGO. The touch of Spanish drama and character interaction is nice, but I think the medieval character and righteous of the original cast is integral to the story, so much that adapting it to the Spanish speaking mainstream like that just doesn’t work.

Geographic location literally creates cultures and people, for example. People who live on one side of a mountain versus another group on another side. Ever since they'll have a hard time communicating, they will have to improvise and diversify their language to interact better with the relative peoples in their environment, this process can take hundreds if not thousands of years to happen.
