"We can sign a free trade agreement for trade between our technology, financial and automobile industries. We will import Maneiran tech, finance and automobiles in return for us exporting our own to you, of course with zero tariffs."
"In particular, VDR, Hernand, Helix, Crane, Westpac, Mosley Insurance, WeRide and Air Westmore would like to open businesses in your nation. I assume Kai Sai would be interested in expanding their business operations here."

Outside the building, some of the security aides begin to notice a large plume of black smoke rising in the distance. Coinciding with the smoke, sirens from emergency vehicles are blaring and whining throughout the city.
One of Sri's guards nudge a Westmorian aide. "What's going on over there?"
The aide responds. "I wouldn't know. It looks pretty bad, though. Oh well, I assume emergency services have it under control."
The aides continue to watch the plume with mild concern.

"Wait, wait, wait, you're telling me that the bomb on the Williams Bridge went off already?!"
Boris answers Santin, urgency dripping with every word he speaks. "Da, Santin, look at the news! They lose their minds, all of them! We need to expedite bombings now before police catch on!"
"OK, OK." Santin sighs. "I'll send the message along."
Santin then sends a message to all of his compatriots in on the plot.
"Slight change of plans. Get ready for the bombs to go off in 40 minutes."
Greetings, I would like to understand what is currently happening in the region right now? I would like to know if I have to have anything before citizenship?
This is the RMB, where various topics are discussed, although role-playing is central here. To obtain citizenship, you can apply to the Citizenship Office. I will attach a dispatch so that you are aware.
The World Assembly is NationStates's only universal decision-making body, consisting of two chambers: the Security Council and the General Assembly. To join it and have a say in world affairs, you must provide an email, then go to the World Assembly page > click apply > go to your email service > click on the verification link.
You are not allowed to have more than one nation in the World Assembly at a time.
World Assembly Delegates' votes total the number of endorsements they have, meaning that for your voice to have more influence, it is important that you endorse our delegate.
The General Assembly concerns itself with international law and impacts your national statistics.
The Security Council focuses on nations and regions, using various mechanisms to recognise or deplore nations and regions, or to take steps to ensure their security.
Endorsements help bolster the region's security, and are an important part of life in the East Pacific. It is important that you endorse the Delegate and the Viziers. If you do so, you become a coveted Hussar of the East.
The East Pacific democratically decides on the stance the delegate should take in the World Assembly. To vote, endorse the Delegate and the Viziers and join the East Pacific's Discord server.
The World Assembly: An Overview
The World Assembly consists of two chambers: the Security Council and the General Assembly. The General Assembly concerns itself with, global issues to do with international law, often focusing on areas such as education, defense and other laws.
The Security Council is the other chamber. It handles nations and regions that deserve recognition, to be deplored, or protection. It does this through a variety of mechanisms, including:
Commendations, badges which recognize a nation or region for exceptional conduct or history. Some famous commended nations include Marrabuk and Todd McCloud;
Condemnations, badges which deplore a nation or a region for their evil deeds. Notorious condemned regions include Lone Wolves United;
Liberations, which prevent nations from setting a password to enter the region. This is helpful in the case of an invasion, so that liberating forces (often in conjunction with our own military, the Eastern Pacific Sovereign Army) can safely enter to prevent damage;
Injunctions, which prevent regions from transferring from a stronghold to a frontier and vice versa.
All nations in the World Assembly have one vote, however, delegates of regions have votes which total the number of their endorsements. This is why it is important for you to endorse our delegate -- it helps to amplify your voice in the global arena.
Endorsements
The World Assembly is also important to the East Pacific's security. Influence determines how many people a nation can ban, and making sure that influence remains in the hands of trusted individuals selected through legal and democratic means goes a long way for ensuring our security and stability.
Nations that endorse the Delegate and Viziers become a respected Hussar of the East. Hussars enjoy perks such as being entered into card giveaways and being able to vote on the East Pacific's stance on World Assembly resolutions.
To endorse a nation, you need to go onto the nation page, scroll to the bottom, and click on "Endorse [NATION]". Many will endorse you back. Endorsing helps keep the East Pacific safe and happy.
Voting on Resolutions
Once you've endorsed all viziers you are officially a Hussar of the East, and you are eligible to vote on the delegate's stance on resolutions. Although you are welcome to vote on resolutions on-site, we also have an internal mechanism which helps the delegate decide how to use their votes.
To vote, you first need to join the East Pacific's official discord server, which can be found here. Once you've done this, it is important that you mask yourself as citizen completing the onboarding process, and asking for help if needed. Once you've become a Hussar of the East, ask for a Hussar masking in #nationstates-verify or #all-things-help. This will give you access to the #wa-voting channel, where you will be able to vote on the delegate's stance on proposals. #world-assembly is the headquarters for all of our discussion surrounding the World Assembly, so it's important that you voice your views there too!
Everyone that has a nation in The East Pacific is automatically a Resident. To become a Citizen, a nation has to apply for it on the forums.
Citizenship grants you the privilege of voting for the Delegate and on constitutional amendments.
To become a Citizen, you must have a World Assembly nation and a nation in The East Pacific. You must maintain these nations by logging in every 29 days. You must then register on our forums, as stated in the previous STEP. Next, follow the instructions in this thread and await a response from the Citiznship Office.
