The House of Dastan was formed by Chief Dastan of the Tribe of the Karg. In 672 AD, Dastan's son, Yermek, formed the Emirate of Karagan. This began the Dastanid Emirate era which would last from 672 AD to 724 AD before being destroyed and then returning in 760 AD with the restoration of the Emirate of Karagan and the House of Dastan by Emir Mohammad "The Great".
The House of Imir was the shortest reigning dynasty to control Karagan and one of the only Christian dynasties to ever rule Karagan. The House of Imir was formed by Imir after becoming a noble. His son, Duke Damir, would become the first ever Duke of Karagan.

The House of Rustam, like the House of Imir, only had 1 ruler from it's dynasty ever control Karagan. The House of Imir lasted from 672 AD to 760 AD. Their rule over Karagan (Inner Karagan) began in 729 AD and ended in 760 AD following the breakout of civil war in the Weslan Empire.
The House of Alid was established following the fall of the Dastan Dynasty due to civil war. Initially only holding territories in North Advenra, the Alid's eventually won the civil war and established the Alid Emirate (4th Emirate of Karagan).

Regency Reasoning: Imperial Crusades have only happened twice in the entire lifespan of the Regency. That being said, New Katan was renamed to New Kianhua for a reason and continues to exist in a state of perpetual chaos. It's a penal colony with autonomy borderlining straight anarchy. Also, certain practices used to ensure the supposed purity of the Imperial Houses continues to this day.
Oh, and we have social classes. Clear cut as day.
Nui'a Reasoning: Lul. Attempting true egalitarianism in any given society leads to subtle discrimination. I go any higher than a C with arguably the most accepting of my two nations, and I might die of blood poisoning due to excessive irony.
TL;DR: Immigration into the Regency will actually net you a decent standard of living. Just need to integrate into society by adopting existing social norms. Immigrants who don't stand out like sour thumbs.
Immigration into the Principality of Nui'a is easier. Just be prepared for regular jokes targeted at you and understand it's not your fault, the Nui'ao have simply been oppressed for the better part of several centuries.
