Okay?

Intoriorem

August 13th, 1910?

Effective immediately Intoriorem and the Intoriorese people are no federal citizens of Keeth Trago. The Intoriorem government is to completely dissolve, also effective immediately, to be replaced with the Viceroyalty of Intor’Maori. Long live the Emperor of the Western Sun!

Snow sighs quietly. Is it worth pushing for respect here? Or would it be better for her country to just bite the bullet and get a human to talk to this [insults redacted]? If she was the only dragon in the Congregation, it would be an easy 'shut up and take it,' but the Congregation has lots of dragons. Lots of other nonhumans. And they don't really want allies that call those people things like 'it.'

She pushes open the massive doors of the Tower and walks in, curling up in the back of the massive first-floor room. The floor is soft and friendly with many handmade rugs, one corner has been converted to a children's play area, one wall is made up entirely of bookshelf, and there's a table set with delicious-smelling soup and teas. Welcome to my humble abode. Do sit down and have something to eat.

Andro just nod and stayed silent and sat properly on the chair facing the table, lots of exquisite and exotic rare kinds of soup are within the table, he grabbed the tea and took a small sip of it, feeling refresh, and putting it down, looking into the massive room, especially to that corner turned into a bookshelf, from his peripheral view, well he don't know what he sees far away, he presumes he can see books written in their nations language, of course its called bookshelf so would just assume. He looked on the children's area, what a lovely area, he commented but stayed silent and instead just said it in mind before finally facing the table again and took another sip of the tea before giving out a rather awkward smile to her.

Snow is physically incapable of smiling, but she dips her head in a way that's meant to be equivalent. I hope your journey was pleasant, Your Majesty. As you can see, the Congregation is an . . . unconventional nation, but that does not mean we are unwilling to pursue diplomatic ties with the rest of the world.

She lowers her head for a moment, resting her face in her hand; when she looks up, her expression is all sweet friendliness. "Those are, indeed, lessons my dear girl had to learn. She came to the Throne unspeakably young, after all -- and I didn't give her the restraint she needed. But learn them she did. People change."

“And I’ve no doubt that she’s changed, trust me,” Tanya says, “I’m sure that she is leagues better than how she was when I first met her. It’s just never been my wont to forgive and forget, and I find it hard to do so. Truthfully, the tension is more my fault than hers, by this point.” Tanya pauses to eat another pastry before continuing.

“May I ask though, why was there not a regent appointed? There have been Kings of the Confederation who came into power as young as 10, in which case the First Marshal would be appointed as Lord-Regent of the Confederation until the King came of age. Do you not have a similar system?”

"Ah, for me I think it does not look unconventional, it looks as unique as it way it is but, If you say so I guess. I pretty much like the atmosphere here as well as your tea. But I presume we are not here for the majestic scenery aren't we? So.... shall we start I guess?" Andro carefully chose his words, trying not to insult her in some form of way as he values the opinion and one's perspective a lot, hence his blue eyes tell as its the one of the definition of blue. He continue to gave out a warm smile while sipping the delicious he seemed grew fond of.

"Ah, generally we do. But Snow came to power in the process of ending a civil war, and that civil war had already killed most of our qualified officials -- er, I say the war took them. One sacrificed himself and the population of his stronghold to some kind of demon. The essential point is that the potential regents were dead." Mother Charity finishes off her tea. "Also, people were twitchy. They believed in Snow; they wanted her on the Throne, not a regent. They might have accepted me in her place, but . . . sweet Powers, I was a walking corpse." She shakes her head a bit. "The important thing is that those times are over now."
