Dubokia couldn't believe that non-aggression pacts were introduced just after the artillery strikes, but the factions they accept the NAPs with are democratic rebels and Ozarais. However, they will fight the ISM.

The ISM waits until night and begins gas attacks and airstrikes on the populated city of Azakaro, currently occupied by Ozarais as well as on the Democrats and a pocadjian base near a major river
