That is a pretty difficult question!

It is hard to choose just one, so here are my my choices based on media:

Film: Noroi: The Curse
Game: Either Silent Hill 4: the Room or Resident Evil 4
Literature: Toss up between either Rats in The Walls or The Cask of Amontillado

I could certainly make an argument for others, but these came to mind first.

I read Pickman's Model by HP Lovecraft while on a train at night, not my greatest idea >.>

Shutter Island is probably my favourite horror film

And either Left 4 Dead or The Forest for video games

I quite enjoyed the film, watched it for the first time in around 2020 when were locked down at home watching a little bit of everything. I like that it was set in Antarctica, and the visuals were rad too. Would watch again!

Watching live auctions. It doesn't matter what it is, Could be some random contemporary painting of a boat or it could be one of the copies of the constitution of the United States, which I stayed up until 1 am in the morning to watch the sale live. It makes you feel some sort of thrill as you usually don't know who is the person on the other end of the phone and when the last person stops bidding and wins, if the item in question even sells, which sometimes doesn't happen, or sells way under estimate.

I love me some spaghetti Westerns which barring old folk homes seems to be pretty out of vogue

Spaghetti westerns are dope, but I was also raised by old people.

Anyhow, daytime court shows are my guilty pleasure.
