I thought Japan refusing Poland's declaration of war during WW2 was the most unusual war they'd been in.

But I just learnt that Japan was at war with Montenegro for 100 years.

I just realized if you guys wanted to force Russia to break up soon, we could have Yugoslavia and the Balkans break up at the same time. Depending on who has what. I haven't really looked at the map much.
