Time of the war:

The war will begin on Ravio day March 31st, and last until the day that the U.S.S. Lexington went down which is May 8th.

How to win:

Who ever captures the most territory (not already claimed by a contender), gains the most members, most allies, and in general expands their part of the empire the most by the time the war ends will become the official successor.

When the war ends everything that belongs to the losing side (members, claims, allies, and capital) will be added to the winning side and the leader of the winning side will become the official leader of both sides, and the Yellow empire's successor.

Rules:

1 One side is not allowed to take territory from the other.

2 Members are allowed to cross from one side to another if they wish.

3 One side is not allowed to publicly recruit from the other, (doing it so that no one knows is okay)

4 Each territory claimed must have the claimers flag on that region's flag, (so take the original flag and place the Imperial flag in the upper left hand corner, New Zealand is a good example).

5 If there is 3rd party that try's to interfere with the war, both sides are allowed to unite and work together until the annoyance is dealt with, after that they will continue with the war.

6 The members of the other side are not mindless savages but are Imperial also and are to be treated as such.

Pursuant to the claims made by His Imperial Majesty Sovereign rost dreadnorramus, Sovereign of the Raxulan Empire, the Kingdom of West Sayville hereby recognizes the Raxulan Empire as a legitimate successor of the former Yellow Empire. Moreover, West Sayville pledges fealty and loyalty to The Sovereign, in keeping with our status as a vassal of Raxula and His Imperial Majesty's many dominions.
