Yeah, it's a odd thing to have a war over. A terrorist attack that doesn't involve any of one of the protagonists citizens in any shape or form. No negotiations, no dialogue. They must be on Def con 2 permanently.
The Prime Minister changed his mind about retaliation and launches 2 recently developed multi-antimatter missiles towards the islands. Each missile holds 7 anti-matter bombs. The Prime Minister expects these missiles to disperse in able to have multiple targets. All state/provincial capitals will be hit. So will the capital Newport. We believe that this will kill at least 300,000 and at most 600,000. The Missiles launch from our nuclear submarines in the pacific ~200 miles off the coasts of the Amaabj islands.

Effects and counter attack Almost immediadly the Amaan Anti-Missle defenses systems fire and take effect however one missle got through and Heavily Damaged Northern Vanatua Causing 152. Casualties howevever the Sernation Nuclear submarines cam too close and were Hunted Down By the Nautilus class Subs and a couple of Pacific Class Patrol boats Causing several hits on the subs for the cost of only 1 Patrol Boat. However the Pycological effect was Noticeable, Amaan missle defenses were not perfect despite the government assuring otherwise.
My country certainly does hate democracies, as well as leaders misusing nuclear weapons at the expense of the taxpayer. If I have to go to war, I should damage both of you.

I'd be worried that if we all did that we'd get a Catch 22 moment. Where everyone wants the anti matter WMDs following the conflict, and for Brazil it'd produce a 'use it, or lose it.' mentality that'd get a lot of troops and civvies killed faster than you can say 'Pyrrhic victory'.
exactly the Impierum while known for its exterminatus actoins they do so as a last resort and even then most exterminatus actions do not end in the complete cracking of a planet. Cyclonic Torpedo is just one way of Exterminatus there is the far more "humanine" option like the Life Eater virus(See the factbook if you would like to know more.) which doesn't kill the planet just all life on it. Now granted it will then take some time of waiting and terraforming but it is not the final death knell like some Exterminatus actions. And again theses are final solution choices when the Impierum knows they will not win but don't want the enemy to gain anything from the victory. (AKA I am going home and taking the ball with me.)
OOC : You could just ignore his posts. He blew up your anti matter weapons with matter weapons... With little consequences, the equivalent of a 10 Mt hydrogen bomb, about is 250 grams of antimatter. Hiroshima is the equivalent to half a gram of antimatter going bang. They should have been tidal waves and a lot more deaths. You had 14 bombs in all even with a small amount in each one that's still a hell of a big bang.
