I mean Japan got Qingdao City in China and the former German islands in the Pacific. It wasn’t that bad. Though WW2 Japan was an awful sequel that should have never happened.

Japan and the US were on the same side in ww1, for your information. So your right that would be a stupid move.
Ktchenia
oh sorry i didn't see the one

Yes but I saw in a documentary that Italy and Japan were unhappy and wanted more after the war. It was on public service TV so it might not be correct given they made the wierd statement a few days ago that sweden started the thirty years war.

We dont get to learn about any war. We only learn what caused it, what ended it and consequences of it. We only spend a short time on the actual war and battles and all that.

But yes in ww2 Japan shouldnt have attacked the US and they knew that. But because of the US and British territories in the pacific such as the philipines the japanese realised that either the japanese would declare war or the US would. Not many know about that version that the US was not far from declaring war itself on Japan. But I think the big reason to why Japan lost was at Pearl harbor. Unlike what many might think, it was a terrible disaster for Japan. The aircraft carriers which were the main objectives were'nt even there. And every japanese pilot wanted to kill a battleship which often lead to overkills on old rusty ww1 battleships. And out of all the japanese bombs that were dropped only 19% or somethinglike that actully hit their target and detonated which is terrible statistics for the japanese. The attack wasnt a big sucess like people might sometimes believe. If it had succeded Japan would have won.

The dry docks, yes bbecause every young japanese pilot wanted to return to his family saying he destroyed a battleship and not a fuel storage facility.

Yes, I am so tired about learning about the industrial revolution. They really like to talk about that and I am so tired about learning about it. I have had teachers who spend months on it.

i still feel like i haven't learned enough about it. you curious about the american civil war we can hop on a discord call and talk about it?
You can only create 25 factbooks, dont know if dispatches have a limit though.
I actully know a lot about the american civil war. I even know exactly how the battles of Shiloh, the crater and Gettysburg played out strategicly. For some reason we learn about it in our schools. I dont know why. I mean it was a big deal for the US but internationally I dont really see what difference it made so I dont know why other countries learn about it. We also learn about the american revolution and the french revolution in our "How to overthrow your monarchy 101" class

i love that class it's amazing!!
also i specialize in antietam and vicksburg if you know anything about it. And i think it's pretty funny you guys learn about that when in ap world freshman year we are starting off with i think the british empire

I dont think we even learnt about the early middle ages. I think we talked about the vikings then went past the 9,10,11,12th century and started in late 1300 which is wierd. Hardly anyone knows about early middle ages in sweden, I dont even know anything about it. But yet I know every single war the US has ever been in. You could think that the purpose of a countrys school was to prioritise the countrys history first.

I mean british history is kind of US history.

I saw a meme on Reddit that said that American History is just a DLC to European history. It is possibly one of the best memes out there.
