The constitution will have to have these contents:

2. The Grand President will be the official executive authority in the country. He/She must be elected with a 5 year term using proportional representation and run for reelection another 5 years, however he/she is limited to a 2 term presidency.
3. A legislative branch with a unicameral parliament should have the powers to vote on bills to become laws with the president having the ability to approve or veto those bills too.
4. A Supreme Court will be established to protect the freedoms granted in this constitution, and remove the president from power if he/she is found to have committed abuses or corruption.

And that is all we need really.

No no, we don't want territory to make our own country. We want Kabarakastan united, however under a democratic government. We will give back Bultzrieg to the Grand President once a constitution is voted in. And we have no choice but to give back by then, because The Filippinas will force us to give it back.
