This region has been defunct for quite a few months, so you probably shouldn't fret over the closure of your embassies with this old region. The community of players here have moved to become residents of Institute of Cellulose if you would like to contact their government to replace your embassy.

This region is dead and has been dead for a while. I have no idea how Polycorn and Andes Brasilium are still existing but this place has been dead for around a year already.
