In theory, yes. Considering our success rate the recent time though, no guarantee if you are attacked by large NS regions. We've been kind of slipping lately... |

Honestly, I have to agree 100% with this. I've been recieving far too many notices of embassies being closed after raids, as it seems that these larger groups have been getting bolder, which causes many headaches for regional leadership. |
