The Plurinational Empire of Equestria-Atlantia

The Streissmann Effect
After the famed "On Earth" paper, released by the Equestrian foreign minister Gustaaf Streissmann, the overall public perception on Earth had begun to shift, for decades there had been debate in Equestria about whether Earth was of any value to Equestria, and general consensus was that it was absolutely worthless for Equestrian needs, after all, they had Ugdur as their own home planet.

Indeed the acquisition of Ukraine on Earth had been largely frowned upon by the majority of the Equestrian population, however, they hadn't enough time to ruminate on the matter when the War on Untecna began, thus pushing the issue aside. However, now that the dust was settled and the sun shone brightly over Ukraine, many began to see beyond the rose tinted glasses of the acquisition, the move had opened Equestria up to attacks from nations which had all right to be on Earth, it was a liability, and the fact that the nation that it was supposed to hold, the Yazakhastanian Kingdom only covered 40% of the land, with the rest being empty fields and forests was enough for the government to reconsider its stance on the land.

Proponents for maintaining a civillian and military presence on the land stated that the area belonged to the Yazakhastanians and as such should remain for them, with some even going as far as to suggest that the region be given autonomy from Equestria as an independent kingdom. However, those against the matter pointed out that the Yazakhastanian kingdom only had 2.4 million citizens, it held 400 planetary systems in the far west of Milkdromeda, and was a puppet state.

Ultimately the matter would be settled by a memo sent from the highest office in Equestria, with negotiations beginning with the Yazakh government to begin immediate evacuations of the land in the name of Hegemonic Security. The memo would state that the land was being handed over the the Hegemonic authorities for military and defense, and that all Equestrian and Yazakhastanian presence was to be removed, save for two battallions who would remain as aid to the Hegemonic forces and then would leave as soon as a place was found for them.

It was a controversial move by far to evacuate Ukraine, albeit Equestria still claimed the land legally, but this did not matter. As the Yazakhastanian nation moved once again back to the far more developed and populated capital planet of the kingdom in the far west, Equestrian military infrastructure would be dismantled and shipped to various areas where it was needed the most, after about three months the land would only hold Hegemonic troops, with little evidence that the Equestrians had ever set hoof on the soils of Ukraine.

The Nationalistic parties within the Council of the People's called it a weak move and demanded that Equestria stand firm against external pressures, however, despite holding the majority, they would be drowned out by the left and moderate right who would call the move a wise decision, and would applaud the government on its quick acting. Whatever the outcome, Ophelia knew that her nations safety and stability came first before all expansionist goals, she knew very well that the Hegemonic armed forces would secure and keep the land safe.

In order to deter any hawks who might try to take the land the office for foreign affairs would issue a stern memo which stated,

    Attention!
The withdrawal of the civilian military and civilian population of Yazakhastan does not mean a withdrawal of the territorial claim to the lands of the Yazakhastanian people's and the claim will still remain defended by more neutral and effective forces. Any attempt to take the land or lay claim to it will be considered a breach of Hegemonic sovreignty and will most likely constitute an act of war against the Hegemony.

This would be followed by the Act of Militarisation

    Act of Militarisation
It is hereby declared that the region of Yazakhastan shall be a militarised zone for the propagation of military exercises and motions, the territory shall be governed by a military governor, and there shall be no civilian population permitted within the zone.

-----------------------------------------------------------------
(Tldr: Equestria has withdrawn its civilian population from the area and has left Hegemonic troops in their place for reinforcement of the lands, Equestria/Yazakhastan still hold control of the lands in question. It is basically a military zone.)

The Conglomerate of Atlas Corporation Terra

Facility #001

As the Transcaucasian Commonwealth began increasingly populated, it was mostly up to the Atlas occupational guard to construct homes and funnel money to the government. At the current, the Commonwealth was still entirely reliant on the Atlas Corporation. Thus, with Coalescence assistance, the Atlas Corporation decided it would be beneficial to begin construction of a massive droid production facility in Astrakhan. These droids would be used mostly for the furthering of infrastructure in Transcaucasia, repairing what was destroyed and building new modern connections. Additionally, this facility would be able to house the new line of advanced androids designed to rival the clones of the IEI.

The Bakery of Bad Bread

The Plague Spreading Nekos of Surainian

Operation Kai-Sjyn Chék

Our submarines were spotted and they knew they would have to kill or be killed. Thus, they unleashed hell. They in return for anti-submarine fire fired off their nuclear weapons at clusters of ships, hopefully disabling their electronics with electromagnetic rays and forcing them still so they could be killed off with normal submarine weapons. After all, they were not fighting transports; they were fighting submarines. Designed to kill silently, they would bait in a fleet of ships with a single submarine before firing with a full on wolfpack. These defensive tactics would hurt the rate of supply, so we needed something else. Luckily, we had it. With the capture of Shanxi we now had the high ground to pummel every ship on the horizon. We unleashed hordes of missiles from the tops of the mountains using our Etendards in their missile mount form, Claymore particle cannons, and Longbow drones. Pethmos also had its big naval guns and anti-air missiles too, allowing to control and plunder all ships near Dynguvar and Dwebwen into submission. Any force which tried to attract a wolfpack nearer to the coast would have to deal with a horde of missile projectiles coming at them to slaughter. And, so deep into the ocean the submarines would have total naval advantage against the Equestrians, shooting them from near nowhere.

There was one objective for the liberators of Surainion which was totally critical at this faze to wrench out the hive which had plagued our state. Air Supremacy. Space Supremacy is an impossibility; the Hegemonic scum likely have ends upon ends upon ends of galactic vessels from their enslaved populations to throw at us in endless mass assaults. However, the Equestrians do not realize that our planes can escape the atmosphere. They can push the enemy aircraft all the way to space and force them to be effective spacecraft. At that point, we have plenty of time to intercept their attacks against our submarines. If they try to chase us down, we can bait them into air range. Besides, even if they weren’t so high then the extra hight still gives us plenty of interception. The way to Africa has never been more clear.

The variety of gadgets the Equestrians have to commit their slaughter is a very fascinating topic which will no doubt be a long and vicious subject that interested history goers love to drool and obsess over. In alternative to the brutal auspices of chemical, nuclear, and anti-matter annihilation, Equestria has chosen to instead unleash a barrage of thunder from the ground. Lightning bombs unleashed at every corner designed to destroy our infrastructure and cities. Our lands were without power in the desert heat and ventilation. Worse was their use of poison gas. Dumped over cities without ventilation, the gas could seep in and killed tens of thousands, choking to death within their own homes. We were not prepared to protect the cities, and we saw as people screamed to death, choking on an invisible gas. Human, neko, kitsune, even equine scum did not know any superiority; they were all slaughtered.
However, the Equestrians do not realize that our land is already a land of toxic fumes. Of cities so repugnant to go outside means to carry to mask for one’s own protection against the industrial mess. It turned out they used some old concoction which we would have had no idea to defeat; however, our Base and Acid soaked active charcoal can defend it anyway; they are highly effective in purifying these age old gases through filtration, and those things have been standard and gas masks for as long as they’ve been around! Furthermore, I had already detailed our chemical protections on our armor. Our forces did not stop from these attacks, no matter the civilian loss of life. We recorded it for our distribution networks to spread news of this atrocity by secret mail across the land, and put it in the submarines so our allies could distribute the news.

Jesus-Worshipping soldiers were not convinced by the Churches and by the non-targeting to surrender and become loyal to Equestria. After all, who could be loyal to the country bombing your homeland with anti-matter, white phosphorus, and gas? Instead they saw an opportunity. We do not want to fight droids. Droid deaths do not inflict enemy causalities. Droid deaths do not win the war. Instead, the main army hunkered down in Besaive and Geljin while holding the mountain range to Shanxi as a secondary line of defense. In order to defend their new cities, the very not Ceratan Régiment Étranger de Cavalerie troops were ordered to deploy pathogen 667. It would not work as an instant killer of Equestrian troops, after all they were fighting droids. Instead, this form of 667 would become a bioterror and consume Equestrian troops. We have no business understanding how this works. Instead, we simply watched it help mop up droids and had the Ceratans contain it so it didn’t just kill everyone. Now for our plan. We can shoot the droids with plasma and deploy a in the ionosphere nuke to mop them up. The nuke would generate enough of a pulse to use the plasma like an antenta, wipping out any effected droids. However, nuking them is expensive and only reserved for when they are in empty or abandoned rural areas to avoid civilian causalities. Instead, we simply ordered Jesus Worshipping, I hear they’re called Christian, forces to walk straight into the enemy line. When near the droids, which ignore them, they set up military fortifications and then proceed to annihilate the droids and move on. Furthermore, because the droids aren’t targeting them, they could just march into Caucansian cities, kill all of their equines, and deny transportation infrastructure for the Droids to invade further. In perhaps a sick joke to the Equines, they would then lead their civilians to shelters the Equines set up around Churches, then march off to continue conquering. As such, we had free and unattacked partisans call across Caucansia to go around, document warcrimes for our cause to be shipped to Cerata by video cam and published, and pull off propaganda and logistical victories like attacking transports landing in Port Oran without much effort.

We were pushed hard from the enemy offensive, we were not prepared for the sudden rapid advance of the Equine light craft. We have never faced such a weapon in combat before and none of the generals expected anything of it. We were pushed hard from Surainion. We had to give up our advance on Mousus, which was a huge letdown for the forces there, who would end up entrenching and digging in on the Shanxi-Surainion border. Meanwhile we lost the ground near the apocalyptic anti-matter ruins of Agai and were pushed further for several miles until we were able to hold ground after a bloody fight. Command demanded a counter-attack, so we prepared for it. A main offensive directly to Geira, a full assault with tanks, light vehicles, bomber aircraft, Ceratan drones, missile launchers, neko plague, the whole like. The strike force would advance using combined arms tactics with a tank assault supported by light infantry and aircraft. Several small tactical nukes would be used to soften up the cleansed villages that Equestrians massacred in Juno where their forces still lay before we push directly to a bit beyond Geira. Their forces will be held by the flood of xeno refugees which will no doubt flee from our advancing forces once we come near their lands. Once we seize the region we divert in two and conquer north and south. The northern flank will reach the sea to encircle a pocket in Mousus while the other encircles Moieia. Once we encircle, we hold and crush their positions, stopping them from evacuating with anti-spaceship and anti-sea vessels along with our submarines, cowing them into surrender. Once they do, we will have taken a severe chunk of their forces and with it will surely achieve victory.

Absurd!

“Absurd!” Saun Cataphract says, slamming his fist on the desk. “I’ve heard of better deals from Columbians.”
“It appears that they think we are regional separatists and not pan-Surainian.” Alfeebidas says.
“The Equines are nerve stapled if they think we’ll accept this; perhaps we should negotiate with brainwashed Xeosians instead.” Salyvdir Hybryres says before looking at Comnarant with narrow eyes. “What’s your opinion Scimitar?”
Comnarant lets smoke flow out his throat from his cigarette. “The only opinion to be had; the obvious one. Yet, we cannot let this go to waste.”
Hybryres waved off his hand. “We get more support if we do.”
Cataphract narrowed at Comnarant. “What are you suggesting?”
Comnarant let in a puff. “We send a half decent gesture to show our willingness for negotiation yet our appreciation for our own sovereignty. And, we deliver it by letter to every Equestrian news organization that accepts mail.”

A Treaty on the Restoration of the Bonds of Brotherhood and Dignity Between the Nation of Surainion and Plurinational State of Equestria
-
In the name of the sovereign people of Surainion, who have been tortured without end by an assault on their sovereignty and their very existence by an expansionist empires which knows not moral limits nor reasonable effort to protect the lives of those who are supposedly its subjects, the people of Surainion ascribe this term of Concorde to end the death which has consumed a peaceful and beautiful land.

  1. The Plurinational State of Equestria recognizes the right of the entire people of Surainion to the independence and sovereignty of their state, and that they alone are the arbiters of the political future of Surainion, and that such entities as ‘the East Indies’ and ‘Indonesia’ are purely fictional.

  2. The borders between the Plurinational State of Equestria and the Nation of Surainion are restored to the status-quo ante bellum and are to be respected by each other’s military forces.

  3. All those held in bondage as prisoners belonging to the other country are to be released in immediacy. Including that of Ezekiel Atreides, who is to assume his democratically elected title as Haiwava (Hywava) of Surainion without damage to his personage, title, and threat of invasion.

  4. Surainon shall facilitate the return of Equestrian soldiers still on the ground to their homeland and fund the excavation of Equestrian bodies to be repatriated to their families and homeland. All those injured by the neko plague will be investigated by Surainian doctors in order to develop and find a cure for the disease.

  5. That the Plurinational State of Equestria shall pay back the entirety of the damage and devastation she has brought forth upon this land of Surainion for both its people, its infrastructure, and its environment, for with a galactic empire of billions of people the very funds she spends on military forces within a month could be used to repair all the damages of the entirety of Surainion, and even now she wastes extravagant expenses colonizing thousands of systems when she affords only sheckles for what devastation she has wrought forth.

  6. That the perpetual relationship and friendship enjoyed between the nations of Surainion and Equestria will be forever restored; there shall be free trade and free movement between Surainion and Equestria and all businesses and industry shall have free access to each other without restriction. Embassies shall be reopened and the flow and exchange of diplomacy shall come. Once again, two nations will be united in dignity, not through tyranny.

It is indeed out of the hands of Surainion to enforce this treaty upon a foreign nation, for unlike Queen Ophelia the country of Surainion does not give out diktats to foreign countries and enforces them with extreme violence. Instead, it is entirely up to the leaders of Equestria if they, as is their power as leaders of a country, which to continue their violent and debilitating invasion of a free land which was their ally and friend and had almost shared a form of a government. We only hope they make the choice to leave for their lands which there can be no violence and conflict rather than their forceful seizure of another. If they are willing to negotiate, we may bring a better peace to this land.

Enforced in Surainion not by leaders but the passionarity of an entire race fighting to protect the freedom and livelihood of their people, signed on March 3rd 2728.

The Eternal Hegemony of Republic of Callaxium

ELECTION SEASON
DEIMOS | CALLAXIAN CORE SYSTEMS | THE HEGEMONY

After months of planning out the functionality of the Hegemonic National Assembly, the time had come for election season. For the first time ever the average citizen of the Hegemony could have a say in the Greater Hegemonic Government, a new sign of trust between Hegemonica and the over 500 billion people that lived within its borders. The first set of these elections would happen within Callaxium, where 211 of the 442 Assemblymen would be elected, along with an additional two seats for Clergymen that would be elected by the entirety of the Callaxian people. Intense campaigning would begin across the different oversectors, House Daothron remaining silent in regards to their personal choices for who should win though key endorsements from the Callaxian Political class would come for major candidates in the Hereclaenist and F&P alliances.

A few major parties seemed to be garnering the most attention from the Callaxian public, most notably the Hereclaenists and the Freedom & Peace Alliance, along with the Loyalist Party, Moderate Unionists, and the Starlists. However, there was also a sizeable amount who said that they would support the Technocrats as well and some small groups for the other remaining parties. Opinion pollsters had it in a dead heat between the Hereclaenists, Freedomites, and the Moderates with the Starlists and Technocrats closing in from behind as the Election Period came upon them. Here were polls the week before the Election Period began:

!! This is a poll, NOT the final results, those are farther down !!

Hereclaenist Alliance - 20.02% - 45 Seats
Freedom & Peace Alliance - 20.56% - 44 Seats
Moderate Union Party - 18.99% - 38 Seats
Starlist People's Party - 15.12% - 30 Seats
Party for Technocraticism - 10.83% - 27 Seats
Loyalist Party - 5.94% - 12 Seats
Hegemonic Internationale - 3.21% - 5 Seats
Ascendancy Association - 3.16% - 6 Seats
Party of the Eagle - 2.04% - 2 Seats
Other(s) - 0.13% - 2 Seats

The final poll before the Election Period would show a split between the popular vote and who got the most seats with the Freedom & Peace Alliance having a shocking victory over the long-ruling Hereclaenists in the popular vote by .54%. However, this does not stop the Hereclaenists from garnering one more seat than the F&P due to their support among the core worlds and other key systems across multiple Oversectors. However, the fact that the newly created F&P even won the popular vote shows the discontent many Callaxians have with the situation on Terra and the growth of Anti-Terranism over the course of the last few months. It was clear that this new ideology was not a trend but set to become a new political movement to rival the more interventionist and Terra-friendly Hereclaenist Alliance. With this in mind and the votes from the Election Period now in we may take a look at the final results:

Turnout: 85.67% Eligible Voters -- Total Votes: 104,318,996,070 Votes -- Vote Count In: 100% Counted

Hereclaenist Alliance - 22,292,969,460 (21.37%) Votes -- 47 Seats

Freedom & Peace Alliance - 21,479,281,290 (20.59%) Votes -- 44 Seats

Moderate Unionist Party - 16,847,517,865 (16.15%) Votes -- 33 Seats

Party for Technocratism - 16,096,421,094 (15.43%) Votes -- 33 Seats

Starlist People's Party - 13,029,442,609 (12.49%) Votes -- 24 Seats

Loyalist Party - 6,832,894,242 (6.55%) Votes -- 15 Seats

Hegemonic Internationale - 3,672,028,662 (3.52%) Votes -- 7 Seats

Ascendancy Association - 2,190,698,917 (2.10%) Votes -- 4 Seats

Party of the Eagle - 1,053,621,860 (1.01%) Votes -- 2 Seats

Party for Harmonism - 636,345,876 (0.61%) Votes -- 1 Seat

Independent(s) - 187,774,195 (0.19%) Votes -- 1 Seat

As the final votes are counted and the results displayed on holograms across the Hegemony it was clear, the Hereclaenists had won a plurality of the Callaxian seats within the assembly, though the election was not over just yet. There were still an additional 231 seats left to be elected in from the other parts of the Hegemony. Though Election Season did not entirely end in Callaxium either as the Callaxian's two Clergy Seats still had to be filled, with that the Clergy Elections would commence, the results being as follows:

Seat 1:

Prime Director Etris Axalis (Xylos) - 55,487,274,009 (53.19%) Votes -- VICTORY

Branch Leader (Savant) Arkos Memonitine'es (Avosa) - 48,831,722,061 (46.81%) Votes

Seat 2:

Branch Leader (Savant) George Frixneil (Ga'amorra) - 63,405,085,811 (60.78%) Votes -- VICTORY

Branch Leader (Savant) Xoren Kohils (Tylos) - 40,913,910,259 (39.22%) Votes

The Plurinational Empire of Equestria-Atlantia

2730 Hegemonic Assembly Elections
The formation of the National Assembly was heralded as a great victory for Hegemonic Democracy, however, it would soon become a major headache for the bureaucrats of Equestria, as the nation had been granted 20 seats for 20,000 systems for 68 billion citizens. 68 Billion citizens with opinions and ideas so diverse that not even the ‘Council of the People’s’ could represent them all.

Thus the Politburo would order a three tier election and polling system be set up, the first system was to gauge political support for the political parties represented in the National Assembly, ultimately the dice would fall between three parties.

The Herclaenist Alliance with 34% of the nation offering their support for the ideals of the party
The Party for Harmonism, with another 38% supporting the party
The Freedom and Peace Alliance with the remaining 28% supporting the party.

Following this a wide pool of local elections and conventions would be formed as local communities worked to present their candidates for each of the 20 districts. An interesting pattern would arise from these local elections which would see higher support for the Herclaenist Alliance in those systems which were closer to the edges of the Milkdromedan Equestrian Territory, with the rest of the support being spread out throughout the other systems in the Ontarion and Murkstar galaxies with a strong Harmonist presence in the systems around the Equestrian homeworld.

After about a four month process of polls and local elections, an eclectic group of 19-representatives would be gathered in Canterlot for yet another special election. There was an open seat reserved for the clergy, however, Equestria was a diverse nation with a diverse set of religions, making it near impossible to merely choose a single religious leader. Thus, the representatives would seek a candidate from the Council of the People’s and Senate to hold the seat. After another month and a half the selection would be narrowed down to the foreign minister of Equestria, the outspoken anti-Terranist Gustaaf Streissmann, and the Duke of CarltonDowns, and former governor of Jerusalem, John Winston Churchill.

Churchill was seen as a more neutral candidate for the empty seat, as he had disaffiliated from any formal endorsement of political party decades prior in order to fulfill his duties as governor of Jerusalem, albeit he was a bit of a Herclaenist himself. Thus after two months Churchill would be elected by the representatives as the 20th member of the delegation.

Thus the delegation would look like this in its composition:

7 delegates for the Herclaenists
7 for the Harmonists
6 for The Freedom and Peace Alliance.

This request is accepted by the Greater Hegemonic Government. Within mere hours of this acceptance Hegemonic troops would touch down upon the Aramaic Republic ready to restore order in what was left of their former allies.

A total of 2.5 Million soldiers would land, establishing military bases and setting up Ion Canon Defenses across the land to ensure protection. The Hegemony Expands once more, may it bless this galaxy with peace and prosperity once more.
