The Loyal Estates and Houses of Untecna Sacrificium pro superstes Irulan continued to lay immobile. Her eyes were bleak, red and dry from tears of pain, now unable to form. Her body was deteriorating. She had no heir, no person she could trust to take her throne. Her mother was still locked away in Rome. Her aunt was too radical. Alphaios was off somewhere else, with no care for politics. Ezekiel was in Surainion, and she knew he was against her, too. Octavian was no good choice, either. He was against her, too, and was entirely sympathetic to Columbia. While it would benefit the nation to perhaps receive a more liberal leader in the face of onslaught, she was not willing to compromise his health. Louis could not step in, as a foreigner, and he, too, was considered a target. She knew that his ask for her hand in marriage was to protect the two of them, and perhaps allow for the progenation of a new dynasty for the Atreides. She could hear the fighting outside. Columbian forces had already made quick victories. Their entry into the war had been a final straw for the state. Many of her army's shields had been destroyed beyond any chance of repair, and without ready access to manufacturing or scientific communities to reach to, this forced the hand of her soldiers. They would run out of lasguns, and thus had to resort to whatever they could loot or find to fight back. By then, though, casualties were skyrocketing, and her forces could not keep up. Thus, in her only decree as Empress, she would set forward several terms:
She would send the decree to her people and to the coalition powers, as well as copies to the foreign offices of the Cosmocracy, Garanno, and Kamerun. In a secure message to Cosmocratic governance, she would request a meeting with a representative of their government. The Imperium would live on. ----------------------- The Coalition Powers The Cosmocracy Republic of Callaxium, Malumynumen, Third Soviet Union, The Real Underground, and 11 othersNorth American Imperial State, Surainian, Meadrin, North Goguryeo, New Ryansville, Novilliwit, Equestria-Atlantia, Persian United Republic, Atlas Corporation Terra, Xeosia Attia, and Revolutionary Princedom of Luxembourg |
The Oppressed Peoples of Xeosia Attia The Xeosian Hivemind does not find these terms acceptable. The Xeosians then claim that this deal is not in the coalition's favor and should not be accepted by the other members of the coalition. |

The Deranged Katyusha Imperium of North Goguryeo •[]• The Bitter Taste of Defeat •[]• News of the Untecnan surrender would quickly reach Hyperborea. Its people, who had been sympathetic to the Untecnan struggle against the tyranny and oppression of the Interstellar Accords, were enraged to hear of the victory of the powers that had betrayed the Hyperborean state. Protests against the IA and the Hegemony, Columbians, Xeosians... every state associated with them, rolled through the country's major cities, calling for the total destruction, dissolution, and enlightenment of the perpetrators of so many peoples' sorrow. A public outcry to support the Untecnan state's resistance was growing louder, even though the government took no action - after all, the regime was keen to maintain the Cosmocratic position of silence, and by distancing themselves from the peoples' anger, that was the way to do it. OOC more anger at the IA winning than actual sympathies for Untecna, just had to clarify this because it didn't seem to be clear |

The Nigerian Empire of New Ryansville Gegen die Kriegsminister! | Against the War Ministers! As it had seemed the Cosmocracy had responded in force. This was no surprise and the two leaders had expected this; however, they did not enjoy as strong of an army as them. Their army was full of militia half supplied some even starving. The only units which could stand up to them were some professional soldiers who had joined the revolt called "Die Rote Legion" or "The Red Legion" and a motorized unit called "Die Roten Trucker" or "The Red Truckers". The rest of the army were half starved half equipped militia holding on for dear life. Military organization was also pretty lact-luster with the only organization being that each unit was 10,000 men and were beholden to either Markus Sutherland or Wolfgang Adams Munguia. The two leaders would utilize their control of propaganda to motive their troops to the end. They would use songs, newspaper articles, and everything else to demonize the Cosmocracy calling out to the worker to resist. One example would be calling out to the worker asking if they heard the whispers of the war ministers, the whispers of coal and steel ministers, and the whispers of chemical production. They would stay it was coming from all continents, and was targeting them, the proletarian. Calling them to pick up the rifles and to annihilate the fascist bandit armies, referring to the Cosmocratic armies. Battle of Lome As the two units sent to Lome began their advance, they elected to push along the N1 highway attempting to bypass the Keta Lagoon. They would push all the way to Nogokpo before halting to prepare to assault Lome itself. They would plan for an assault, though with very little intelligence they had no idea if there were any Cosmocratic troops in the city. At the last second a unit would be pulled away to help with the defense of Abidjan. Despite that the assault would begin with only 10k men. 5k men would be sent to attempt to attack Tokor with a secondary objective of Hatsukope, while the other 5k would be sent to Denu with a secondary objective of Hedzranawo. Expecting very little cosmocratic resistance they would hope to move into Lome proper from there. Pretty much all operations for Lome would not take into count the city's defenses or the low-lying lagoons becoming an issue or the chance of a counterattack. Battle of Abidjan Once the Cosmocratic forces arrived at Abidjan's outskirts they would find the city defended well at least from the west. Four units would be defending the city attempting to use natural terrain like the Ébrié Lagoon. Commanded by Markus Sutherland they would prepare for the Cosmocratic assault. There would be three defensive lines, each being closer into the city. These defenses would be a series of bunkers and earthworks, the intent by the rebels was to use trench warfare to slow down the Cosmocracy. If the city were to be captured Markus Sutherland would prepare to escape by either sea or land. In the east defenses were much lighter only 1 unit to defend from Ayame to Aboisso and Krindjabo right between the Lac d'Ayamé and Iles Ehotile. Where the actual frontline was the defenses were even weaker with just 2 units to guard the entire frontline however a third unit was being transferred over from Lome. The reasoning was that due to the perceived heaviness of the forests only the roads had to be guarded to prevent a cosmocratic push. Battle of Kumasi and The Wreckers Despite Cosmocratic counterattacks the Communists would continue to push towards Kumasi. They would use the N6 highway straight from Accra to get to the city. In total 4 units would push towards the city 2 normal militia units along with "Die Rote Legion" and "Die Roten Trucker". Wolfgang Adams Manugia would order them to attack the city as fast as possible in order to put pressure on the cosmocracy to draw them away from Abidjan. Therefore, they would quickly attack Kumasi with little planning attempting to overrun the city's defenders before a respond could be made. Meanwhile in Northern Ghana partisans would rise up, this would be small only around 11k-12k men. A few villages would rise up alongside these wreckers. They would mainly focus on raiding nearby towns and burning major highways and railroads before slinking back into rural areas. |

The Lock-In Central of Atlas Corporation Terra Mispost |
REDO! |
The Nigerian Empire of New Ryansville Whatever of the Kamerunian foreign office existed due to the Cosmocratic control of Kamerunian foreign affairs would simply throw it in the trash. Nobody cared for the pseudo humans twisted by the evil Columbian Church. While they certainly did not like the IA the Untecnans were simply no better in their eyes. Besides they had more issues like the ongoing "Gold Coast Disturbances" as the Corporation of News and Government would put it. |
The Grand Duchy of Not a Suspicious Country Too long didn't read |
The Oppressed Peoples of Xeosia Attia Not long enough, did read. |
The Lock-In Central of Atlas Corporation Terra The Power Struggle Robert Kozłowski had begun to age, as all humans do. He would soon see his eightieth birthday, as his health declined it was sure that he wouldn't have a child to continue his exact policies. The most likely candidates to inherit the Conglomerate was Robert's nephew Bogumił Kozłowski, who had loyally served as one of his secretaries for years. Other likely candidates were Atlas Military Research Director Kharaxos Giannotis, Atlas Armed Forces Commander and IA Envoy Azaryah Watkins, and finally Coalescence CEO Llorente Sosa. In the eyes of the public, Kozłowski was seen to be a perfect successor. He was popular amongst Robert's loyalists, and would liberalize Atlas to be more respective of human rights. Watkins having served alongside Atlas for decades was seen to be the candidate of the old Atlas "merc-heads," and Giannotis was popular amongst the governors of Atlas. To receive more support, all three would begin meeting with shareholders, governors, news reporters, and even eachother. Kharaxos would be quick to begin negotiating with Atlas Mandate governors, quickly planning a meeting between him, the governor of Benin Moses Chastain, the Mizraim governor Emille Vasquez, and Andrew Browning from Palawaland. The meeting was to set place at Saint Louis, all members attending. Kharaxos had rented out an entire bar for the day, and set up drinks on a balcony with a scenic view of the Mississippi. He greeted the three eagerly, shaking each's hand upon entrance. "Greetings, gentlemen." He began, taking a sip from his glass. "I have invited you here to discuss your loyalties should the Board of Shareholders elect the reformer as Atlas CEO." Chastain nodded quickly after, speaking with his thick Columbian accent. "You have our votes, without a doubt." None of the men wanted to negotiate with the rebels like Bogumił had promised. Vasquez agreed. "That's not the concern I have." Kharaxos said sternly. "Bogumił has the support of the masses. He is betraying the core values of Atlas to earn a quick buck off IA and Columbia." He sipped his drink again, looking to the men around him narrowly. "You all are loyal to Atlas' core values, the whole reason we're here." The three knew exactly what he was talking about, silently agreeing. Deciding to finish up quickly, Kharaxos prepared his final words, standing up and looking at the men intently. "I'm doing my best to turn more Directors against Bogumił, but i'm not sure that'll be so successful. I need your assurance that you won't allow his betrayal if he wins." Browning, who'd been silent the whole time stood up quickly, putting a fist to his chest, the others following suit. Their loyalty was ensured. As for Bogumił Kozłowski, the Corporate Secretary was with his own secretary, attempting to contact Emperor Julian personally. He had people plotting against him, he knew, but an endorsement from the Emperor would make him practically invincible. |
The Grand Duchy of Not a Suspicious Country Ok nerd. 🤓 that's you btw |
The Xunj'tis Zkasaeva Sith Aeuso of Malumynumen Beyond ironic tho this is nearly exactly what I wanted to offer them before they refused my help. I'd back it, tho. I don't really mind so long since these are THEIR demands we get to make ours that don't contradict directly to these. |

Hmmm.. Whelp I'm gonna do something then |
The Oppressed Peoples of Xeosia Attia nah. |
The Xunj'tis Zkasaeva Sith Aeuso of Malumynumen If the responses are beyond absurd or stupid, I will be backing personally Untecna's proposal. I hate them ICly and don't like their methods OOCly but this is too close to lynch mob, besides the goal chiefly is to restore their vassalage and have them leave Earth in perpetuity or until they are worthy and allowed to. |
