Ethics committee of the scpf wrote:Support is Coming || Operation Unthinkable RP After a short period of secret talks with the British government the US has initiated Plan Rocky, a plan that has been in the making for months to support the anti-Japanese guerrilla fighters throughout Southeast.
Hidden on trade cargo is a multitude of guns, artillery and whatever weapons that the Ho Chi Minh groups can operate, of particular importance in this shipments are AA guns to counter Japanese air superiority. From the points in British India to the Himalayas to SE Asia they are discreetly smuggled into the network of the Ho Chi Minh trial to provide the rebels with guns and occasionally advisors. These advisors, veterans of the Pacific War are to train the rebels in how the Japanese act and how to fight more effectively as guerrillas.
To secure secrecy these advisors are minorities in the US like Latinos, Sikhs and Chinese, far from what the common Japanese thinks of what a American looks like, furthermore in the case of capture they are to hold pills of poison at all times, preferably locally made.
Lastly all weapons provided are those know for their ease in availability and ease of use, so they are almost impossible to trace and can be used by anyone with only a little training.
As is accurately said by Harry S. Truman in a meeting, the Japanese shouldn’t get too comfortable yet.

You're bringing support through cargo? We blocked all ships heading to Vietnam, cargo or military.

This help is readily accepted by the Viet Minh, who begins to scatter the AA guns around forested areas to ensure that no Japanese air operation may be completed safely.

Operation Unthinkable Continuing to rebuild
With its new found wealth in resources, the Empire of Japan has been steadily increasing its fleet size to rival that of even what it had pre-war. Dockyards across China are repaired, and new ships are pumped out across the board. Most are small, but larger ships are in production. Though Japan does possess a nuclear Arsenal, it is tiny at only 2 warheads, though efforts are being made to locate more uranium reserves and construct more advanced weapons. In terms of aerial combat, the J7W1 Shinden is the most advanced fighter the Japanese possess, but the Emperor is eying new designs. The South Chinese National Government has offered the United Kingdom the return of all Hong Kong POWs in return for remnants and parts from the ME-262 used briefly by the Reich.
