Pursuant to Panjshir's stance of countering jihadism on NationStates, it has come to the region's attention that the Treaty of Zarnath City (TZC) lists Novelhelvetiko as an affiliate region. This region in turn is a possession of Islamic States, designated as a jihadist region by Panjshir.

At least on a provisional basis, TZC signatory & affiliate regions are being designated as fellow travelers to jihadism. The expulsion of Novhelvetiko from the TZC, or the resignation of a region from the TZC, will delist the relevant region or regions from this designation.

We in Panjshir hope that the Green Legion is able & willing to take this news without offense, but seriously nonetheless.

I believe that the listing you cite is outdated as the region you list was once an independent and functional anti-fascist region. It appears that their founder CTEd which led to the region being put under the protection of the Islamic States. We are, as such, not affiliated with the Islamic States in any meaningful way.

Further, I would like to remind your region of the TZC's role as an anti-fascist organization. We affiliate with anyone who is equally committed to ending hate against any peoples, no matter their religious beliefs.

While we do appreciate your concern for our reputation, the Green Legion, and in turn the TZC, will associate with whomever we should desire to. This is, at the end of the day, an internal matter and concern of this region and, with respect, not yours.

The founding nation Muslims Political Council of Evagia is separately BBC coded into the dispatch, thus its inclusion into the Treaty of Zarnath City is intentional and did not inadvertently appear by coming into possession of an "outdated listing's" linked region. You cite Novhelvetiko as having come under the "protection" of the Islamic States rather than having been captured or conquered; this implies that the latter's custody of the former is at the very least not viewed as adversarial, and quite probably, has the Treaty of Zarnath City's collective approval. The region's World Factbook Entry makes no mention of a benevolent custody, instead describing it as the "former diplomatic center" of Muslims Political Council of Evagia, a nation currently holding the title of "Caliph/Commander of the Faithful" in Islamic States. May it be noted that this same nation lays claim to a similarly named region of Novelveticum as its "former repository region".

May it be noted that Islamic States bears a flag with calligraphy only slightly altered from that of al-Qaeda's flag, that it prohibits "liberalism" (and in that, the basis of many of the human rights you pretend to respect), that Muslims Political Council of Evagia bears the English-translated titles of both the leader of the Islamic State terror network (caliph - alkhalifa) AND the leader of the Taliban junta (commander of the faithful - amir al-mu'minin). Truly a region committed to ending hate.

Panjshir is grateful for the Green Legion's and the Treaty of Zarnath City member regions' appreciation. As a region and interregional alliance, predicated on ideologically calling to arms raids against other regions for as little as their own internal matters, these two entities can similarly respect a call to arms against themselves. The Supervisory Council of the North shall be designating Treaty of Zarnath City signatories as accessories to jihadism.

It is outdated in the fact that the region CTEd and was refounded under new ownership. They are to be removed soon if their previous leadership does not return due to the current leadership not being signatories. I don't believe you fully understood this fact.

To define "protection" for those who do not know, it is when a region CTEs due to its members CTEing or leaving. After which, it is then peacefully refounded under a new founder. You're latter conclusions are based on this misjudgment and unfounded. As you are a newer player to nationstates, this is a reasonable, though unfortunate, mistake.

It is clear that we have differing views on anti-fascism. You seem to be describing all anti-fascists as hypocritical morons while failing to account for diversity among a peoples. And this blatant prejudice is what the TZC works to combat. Regions flying under the flag of antifa have attempted to destroy your region before for reasons unbeknownst to me though I'd imagine that dropping into antifa regions and calling them fascists would not be the best way to make friends.

You say that hyper-conservative religious zealots are the same as secular progressive groups designed to combat them. That is simply absurd.

Also, in case you are not aware, the TZC is an OOC pact based on gameplay rather than RP. Your region seems otherwise in which case this situation should have been avoided altogether.
