Sounds like a great idea but that'd mean we'd become a closed and stagnant community. We would lose potentially great people by turning them away at the border.
I do not like that idea, we would become too closed off. As well, for our size, no region (I believe) of this size has ever locked itself. And to be honest, this would be a question to EuroFounder, because he founded this place.
