The Commonwealth of Yawkland

Eventually, there should be an Elchland Olympics. I'd imagine the most popular sports would be ice hockey, rugby, baseball, boxing, track & field, lacrosse, and soccer.

I'd imagine that Anhalter, Kadnikov, Choseslava, Krautheim, and The Proletariat Republic would be ice hockey powerhouses.

Yawkland and Clogheen would be fierce rugby rivals, and Olemark, Reaverton, and Industrial Republic would remain competitive.

Meanwhile, Vemazza, Santa Castilla, and Brasilia novo would dominate the soccer sphere, although occasionally Dietshaven would be very competitive.

Baseball would purely be dominated by the Anglo nations, with Yawkland and The Sauganash Union being considered the best and often arguing over who has the strong baseball heritage, while Reaverton and Industrial Republic often play for third place. However, if baseball is popular in Vemazza or Brasilia novo, I could see them being competitive.

I'm envision great sports moments, such Choseslava's hockey team going on Cinderella run and defeating its much larger opponents to win the gold, or Yawkland's baseball team triumphing over the SU after a brutal slugfest of a series during a pivotal moment in geopolitics, or having a team with a long champion drought end it in a dramatic fashion.

I should get this active again
