The agreement of the 5 Eustic Warlords
After years of stalemate between the warlords and the Monolitskayan State launching a threatening military program, the Warlords signed a treaty of peace and pledged allegiance to eachother. The civil war had begun after the leaked files on the concentration camps and after the questionable investements given to the city of Monolitsk. Former Monolithskayan head of government was reportedly assassinated by a member of the Eustic Resistance. Four declarations of war on the Monolithskayan State followed suit. Sheikh Ibn Omar:'The Islamic, Bhuddist, Christian and Jewish communities suffered too much under the Monolithskayan Reign. It was about time we rose up against the opressive government.'
4 nations, 5 warlords
The Jewish state formed in Novo Yalta under Rabbi Steinmann. Steinmann would have gotten the leadership, but passed away the day after the civil war started. Jewish warlord Bergstein was put at the head of the commitee. After prisoners in the Novo Pripyat correction facilties broke free and formed the Islamic state of North Eustia. After disagreements between Sunni and Shia Muslims, they decided to put two warlords in charge. A high ranked Muslim general of the former Monolithskaya, Abdelrahman, was chosen as representative for the Sunni muslims, and General Alireza was chosen as the representative for the Shia. The Bhuddist faction in Novo Sevastopol decided to crown the well respected general Sheng Shen as Emperor of the Shen Empire. His reign wouldn't last for more than a year as he got deposed by the supporters of Monk Rhana. The Catholic majority in Novo Kyiv decided it was best to elect French warlord Jean-Pierre as their ruler.
The Treaty
Five years after the start of the war, the Bhuddist Monastic Nation and The Islamic State had pushed the Monolitskayan State all the way back to Novo Odesa. The Christians, surrounded by all nations, were putting in last resort efforts. The Jews were worried about the Muslims at the door of their fields. Spies from the Islamic State had reportedly seen worryingly rapid development in the Monolithskayan empire. Abdelrahman and Alireza called for peace between the 4 nations. The meeting was called in Novo Kyiv. The process was broadcasted worldwide. Abdelrahman disclosed the information they had found on the Monolithskayan state, and proposed a treaty for peace and unity of the Eustic states. All warlords signed, promising to collaborate and not to have any altercation. They would decide everything as one nation, but would each govern their own original territories.
