Broken Baloominati Promises for Ballista:

During the previous election, the Big Bad Baloominati promised to increase the regional population through a widespread recruitment campaign, championed by their proposed Minister of Recruitment. At the time, the regional population was 55, and while it has only grown to the 70s, the regional population has stagnated since February. The regional population still has grown with the steepest slope since Rome's first term, which only was because the region was new, and Barlyy's Term, which only was because of the TVK-Callista merger. The region growth under the Baloominati has been the only growth that has specifically happened because of recruitment, pushed by the Baloominati. Under a Constitutional Tsarist Administration, more consistent levels of recruitment will be conducted to increase the regional population to the eighties. Rome and his party were originally opposed to recruitment in January; but of course, because it worked, they are now trying to pass it off as a great idea. Moreover, no credit is given to the Baloominati for the success in recruitment. The Baloominati claims their status quo is working, but this statistic has shown that an administration that makes recruitment a priority is necessary. The Baloominati did make recruitment a priority, in fact they made a huge deal about adding the MoR to the constitution. That being said, Baloo is personally an excellent recruiter, and I hope my recruitment campaigns become a joint effort.

Prime Minister Baloo if you seek peace, if you seek prosperity for Callista for months and years to come, come to this gate, Prime Minister Baloo open this recruitment gate. Prime Minister Baloo, tear down this recruitment wall. Paraphrasing Reagan, whose administration put the economy into a death spiral, is probably not a good idea when you want to garner votes.

The Roleplay Revolution:

Right now, the CTP-led Roleplay moderating team is working on our beloved Roleplay. RMB posts have dramatically increased, and many citizens from the Vincence Empire are coming to Callista to RP. It's a real Roleplay Revolution, and I will continue to build the "Great Callistan Roleplay" for many months to come by roleplaying myself, working with the Roleplay Department, There is no "Roleplay Department", there is simply a collection of CTPers who like to roleplay. and having moderators introduce more RP events and disasters. However, sleepy Joe Baloo and the Baloominati are claiming that if we were elected to the position of Prime Minister, this would distract us from Roleplay. This couldn't be more false, and in fact, a CTP Administration would make Roleplay even better. Right now, Roleplay is the cornerstone of RMB Activity If roleplay is the cornerstone of RMB activity, then the status quo should be working just fine, isn't it? and has been a staple of Bruxxan traditions since the Tavern and especially the Vincence Kingdom. Bruxxa left NS; we shouldn't be idolizing him as this great figure when he basically insulted all of us and once criticized democracy as a whole. He is similar to the personality cult of George Washington, in that he was famous because he was the first, and he seems like a nice guy until you dig deeper. However, Roleplay itself is still constitutionally undefined. I propose the creation of a new section of the Constitution that would constitutionally create the position of Roleplay Moderator, Roleplay Cartographer, RP Events, the RP Map, and more. If we want this roleplay revolution to last, then we need to capitalize off it and safeguard it with an amendment to the Constitution.

The Status Quo isn't good enough:

There you go again Joe Baloo, the Baloominati status quo is working So Rome admits that the status quo is working? Then what's the fuss all about? Why is he implying that the region is in ruins when it's perfectly stable and as active as ever? but you imply that the CTP is still the Ethics administration. Rome and the whole of the CTP imply that the Baloominati is still my campaign from October. Let me tell ya, I won't settle for the Status Quo, and it's not December of 2022. We have it good right now, but we can have it even better. Alongside my recruitment plan, Baloo's, originally. I want to reduce restrictions on the RMB, particularly triple-posting. Recently, I've seen multiple people, oldtimers, and newcomers, who have accidentally broken the rule. Becuase they don't read the rules or edit posts. And this rule is responsible for so many suppressed and deleted posts. I plan to raise the triple-posting ban to a quadruple-posting ban. This would see a dramatic decrease in deleted and suppressed posts and could spawn more activity from people like Mushroom Gorge and Zebruski. Trying to appeal to Balooists, eh? It won't work, and besides, even I of all people think triple posting is too much.

A More Democratic Callista

In the previous election I had advocated for new policies to make Callista more democratic. The first was special elections. Right now, we have a system where if an elected position like Chief Prosecutor, Head Justice, or Roleplay Minister is vacant, the Prime Minister appoints someone to fill that position for the rest of their term. But when the office of Prime Minister is vacant, the LPM becomes Prime Minister until we have a special election. This just makes no sense. When a position is vacant, for example, Head Justice, someone should be appointed Acting Head Justice, the same as the Prime Minister. That's just common sense folks. While I do appreciate the idea, Callista is simply too small to have an election every 5 seconds when someone CTEs. Furthermore, what if someone comes back? Should we have another snap election or would it be easier to just have the acting minister resign and reinstate the original minister? Second, I think the position of Governor of New Callista should be elected. The Election would take place in Callista, and once someone is elected as Governor, they will send a puppet to New Callista so they can serve as Governor. Curious how the Baloominati is calling us Tsimps when we are advocating for reforms that make Callista more democratic. Nobody gives a flying f*ck about New Callista besides Rome. New Callista is just a puppet sotrge region, not a province of Callista. Holding elections for Governor of New Callista when the only candidates I could see winning are Zebruski or Milt is a bad idea and a waste of time.

My allegiance is to the Constitution, to Democracy!

Bipartisanship is Based but we can do Better:

The Baloominati and the CTP still have a great working relationship, and this won't change despite Yazakh's rantings. The Baloominati wants to amend the Constitution for more clarifications and expand the rights of citizens, and that's great, I want to work with them to achieve these goals. So this really isn't Rome's idea, is it? I also agree that the current composition of Cabinet is in theory good, it's just that the Baloominati hasn't used it. What do you mean by this? Want to hear something readers, the Baloominati hasn't summoned a meeting of the entire Cabinet, ever, for this entire term. Because it hasn't needed to. The faculties are working, which is why Baloo hasn't ever needed to summon a cabinet meeting. No telegram chain, no discord, nothing. We have great legislators and officers like Barlyy and the H Corporation, but Baloo isn't working with them to pass legislation and manage the affairs of the state. See above. This is the exact opposite of the way I ran my administration, This is because Rome had to clear up several problems because the cracks showed in his campaign. and I think we can get more done if we simply all work together as one government. Communication is key.

Let us remember that all Callistan citizens are brothers of a common country!What common country? Callista is rather a region, and the members themselves are from different nations.
