Eire Nua has officially expanded into the unclaimed territories between Kinnockland and The Haudenosaunnee Confederacy, now controlling a large portion of potential timber supply along with crucial hunting grounds. Settlements have already begun to spring up, with settlers moving into the area after soil began losing fertility in the more eastern portion of the colony. Relations with the local natives are mostly friendly, after an interaction a few years ago that resulted in the official recognition of native hunting rights and that Irish settlers will respect the land and let natives hunt in their traditional territories as long as they don't encroach on new settlements. No official treaty has been signed however, which could cause an issue in the future.
