I think we need to turn the trend around, but it isn't shocking population is going down a little bit as some of our original nations who never became active are ceasing to exist.

Do not worry nations of the empire! we have risen back above 200! well just... i still believe that the crisis is going on... so i propose a deadline... if we get our empire to 230 nations then i believe we can officially announce that the crisis is over
