Is that a question? Because if it is a question, just choose answers to your issues that support government investments or decrease economic freedoms. There are also issues that ban private and state-owned enterprises and create socialism so look for those.

Ok but i need to wait until that event has came right
Yes. If you want more issues to appear quicker, go to your settings and turn your issues to "no throttle". Issues should come every 5 hrs under that setting.

We are a a group of united republics. Ba'athist ideology is anti-monarchy.
That will soon change so we can try and improve unemployment.
I don't care if you were joking or not. You are using the RMB wrong. The RMB is not a means for you to complain about stuff even if it is a joke or roleplay. Look, complaining a few times is okay and not everyone is going to follow RMB rules and etiquette to a tee, at least I don't. Plus, Balder is a pretty lenient region when it comes to the rules, but continuously posting things like "I hate the Balder endorsement cap" or "the issue doesn't make sense" or "everybody should become a democracy" is annoying, clogs up the RMB, and by some standards considered spam. If you want to complain go to the offsite forums but please don't use the RMB for that.
They are called that because nations "fall" into these regions naturally via revival. They appear to be references to either fishing or rivers: a "feeder" is something that brings in things (a device to release bait to tempt fish, an inlet that brings water to a lake) while a "sinker" keeps something in place (in fishing terms, a weight to keep the line near bottom--hence "hook, line, and sinker.")
Played the new FFXIV expansion and tried to feel better, been kinda not-quite-sick this past day or so.
Good luck!
Tests are not meant to represent IRL situations. They are meant to confirm that the student has actually acquired the knowledge they need from the material. A good test is challenging but revealing, and an especially good test is one that makes the student realize new ways the material can be understood or applied. Unfortunately, a lot of tests boil down to rote memorization, plug-and-chug, or regurgitating canned examples: dull, flat, and lifeless.

Bestelesnia
Thx!
Corporative collective operations
Dull, flat, lifeless, and most importantly, not conducive to information retention.
