Ok now the question or Sanju will be mad:
Do you feel older or younger than your age? And why if you want to tell us?

Let your brains do the work now and let the thinking staaarrrrttttt!!!

Oof I feel older than my age. The reason why is a little complicated and unfortunately needs a trigger warning, but I'll do my best to explain, without a whole lot of detail.

So I definetly feel older than my age, I'm only 31 which a lot you youngin' will considered old, but I promise you when you hit 31 you don't feel quite like an adult all the time, but I feel like I've already lived more than a lifetime, because everything has been extra since I was 21. I suffer from Major Depressive Disorder, I have on and off for most of my life struggled with it, and I can earnestly say that I never intended to live past 21, I stopped about halfway through an attempt the year I turned 21, and went and got help, spoke with a therapist, was put on Wellbutrin for a while. Getting the help I needed make me so grateful for all of these extra years I never planned or thought I would have when I was younger, and it make me feel older, like I'm getting to live an extra lifetime, one I'm so grateful for and thankful for, one that is truly beautiful and gracious and has allowed me to get to know so many new friends and family members. I physically don't feel old, but I definetly feel like time has become more precious, and am much more aware of it, and I never felt like that when I was young. I'm not as reckless because I learned to value myself a lot more than I used.

I reall can't express enough how important it is to reach out, and how true the statements of "It gets better is" One of the things that also helped make me feel at home in this region was the openess of having a dispatch listing ways to reach out. Reach Out Y'all, you're precious.
