Several of Lake Perseverance's leaders are willing to travel to Lancaster to establish formal relations, but it's only safe to do so once this event resolves. In the meantime, we may be able to offer videoconferencing or similar. We also have a liason or two in the Commonwealth who may be available. Be warned- there will be a time delay during videoconferencing due to the fact that Lake Perseverance is, once again, on Our Most Glorious celestial body- the companion planet to Utopia. Skenja
