Besides the Regional Map, endorsing th delegate is important for the following reasons:

• We want to become a poweful voice in the World Assembly and we can't do it without you!

• Endorsing Arcesius will give Arcesia more influence in the World Assembly thus increasing our security and prestige!

• For this reason EVERY endorsement counts, YOU count and are important. Never forget that!

In terms of the map, I don’t think Arcesia has been decided to be anywhere. If there had to be then maybe it’s a distant alternate timeline of earth. I doubt it’s another planet because to my knowledge all nations are human.

That would make sense since I bet some inspiration is taken by RL for their nations. But tech for the RP is current day so planetary colonization would be impossible. Also that easternmost continent looks suspiciously (sort of) like South America so maybe this world just got their continental plates arranged different.
