The new member is suspicious, but tolerable. The info on raiding nations the move on smaller regions is no surprise, if they consider raiding us,it'll find out that the Royal Council is more tight-knit then they could imagine.

West Pacific, East Pacific, and Balder...I've checked Balder and it seems fine. It doesn't seem to be a raider or a defender region, but oddly, the latest activity was several nations moving out.

Regarding the recent raids and regional security, I propose that we limit the WA delegate position to Conservativealia exclusively. If there was a case in which it couldn't serve as our delegate any longer, we should limit the possibility of appointing a new one to the members of the Royal Council.
