You read the rules then do a test that take's like 5-10 minutes explaining that you know the rules, then you write a short rp prompt. It's not hard, the test is just kinda tedious but also super easy since there's unlimited retries with no time limit in between.
I will admit the test is annoying and I'm not alone on that, the rp prompt is pretty fun though.

Nope, I thought that throughout the entire test thing. It was horribly stupid, then like the week after where nobody responds to you until you basically tell them to was even dumber
Svip has explained over and over again!! You are a special case, remember the nugget war? And you all godmodding and OP tendencies? All that caused you to have a bad relation with the government and that is why svip took a lot of time to answer to your application. Because she wanted to make a fair judgment and gather all information and opinions in order to make a fair decision. Honestly you should stop insulting it since svip worked very hard to make sure rp is fair and fun and that rules are followed since they can’t enforce them here in the rmb.

TGN Does Practically Nothing (And Still Gets Fourth) By: Kiddian states In order to properly illustrate this story, it’s important that we bring up one stat: despite The Greenlandic North only scoring two goals all tournament, they finished 4th place. They got lucky in the group stage that they were in arguably the worst group. I mean, if a team could move on to the main tournament despite not scoring a single goal, how good could the group be? Thuragin and Svipjoth wish they got that lucky. Anyways, after miraculously moving on, they scored their only two goals of the tournament against fellow WARPP member, Greater Gausburg. Unfortunately, they then lost to another WARPP member, NNE. Then in the bronze match, they were unable to pull a svipjoth and deny LOM even a bronze medal. So, that’s the weird story of TGN’s performance.
Lusgastan Wins the Wintreath World Cup II By: Kiddian states Well, it looks like Lusgastan has won the second Wintreath World Cup. Personally, I was very surprised by this, as were many of my colleagues at WRSPN. LUS was considered a dark horse candidate. Their victory over Icebergia was expecting, but could’ve gone either way. As for their semifinal victory, who knows if that was skill or luck that LOM does so bad under pressure. One thing’s for certain, though, and it’s that their victory over NNE was definitely skill. Seriously, though, congratulations to Lusgastan and Jhon Jhonson. He had a big effect during the tournament as a whole as well as being instrumental in holding NNE to a shutout.
Big WRSL Leak By: Kiddian states Today, a WRSL insider who chooses to remain anonymous has leaked when the next Wintreath World Cup will be held. The Azuran navy has tested a bomb near the Stratos system on the lifeless planet of Stratos IV. The results are classified, but the Navy was pleased with the results and the green light has been given to test the bomb on a planet with life. Preferably with oceans.
Unfortunately, with the conclusion of the WWC II, it’s time for me to fade back into inactivity. Don’t worry, I’ll still check in when I can and write volumes of WRSPN when there are enough stories, but I won’t return until September as long as school isn’t slamming me
