What is "One With The Island"?
One With The Island is a reality TV show making it's first season on air. Basically it is a Survivor like kind of show. (16-20 people are marooned in a certain country in The Communist Bloc. They are split into two teams and each day they have to do a team challenge against the other team. Whatever team wins will be safe for the night. The team that did not win will have to vote one of their team members off at "Island's Council". At Island's Council the team players will write the name of the person the want to vote out. Whoever gets the most votes is eliminated. When only 10 people are left the teams combine into one team and everything is basically the same except that it is ever man/woman for themselves. At the final 3 the people who were voted out in past island councils with vote on who to win. Whoever gets the most votes will win the million dollar prize.)

I was really surprised by how few map placement requests we've had lately. I've put up a poll for the nations in the region that aren't currently on the map. Let us know what you think and what we can do to improve.

When pledging the Oath of Citizenship, do we need a response from the Union of Free Nations' authority (aka Founder, WA Delegate, Second Seat of SJC, etc) or do we automatically become citizens of the Union of Free Nations?

Nope, you're good once you post in the thread. I check it regularly and give citizen permissions to people who post in it.

Users used to automatically have the ability to vote and post in all forums once they signed up, but someone tried to make a bunch of accounts to mess with an election a while back. The oath isn't so much pledging allegiance to the region so much as it's checking to be sure everyone's playing by the rules.

The election for 3rd Seat of the SJC has concluded with Lacienia winning re-election. Congratulations to Lacienia!

Convalescing from a painful tooth operation, but all's good. Starting to prepare for the upcoming holidays.

This nation has just passed the 250-populatikon mark, one milestone on the path to Glory.

I've been very critical of Dwayne Haskins for a while now. But regardless of how anything in the man's career may have gone it's an incredibly sad situation when someone dies, especially someone so young. Man was literally born 2 months before I was. Literally too soon.
