No way, I’m just eternally hammered by work. So much so I’m looking for a way out.

For starters, our RMB is like a Ghost Town with all the dust bunnies blowing around. With a population of 100ish nations, why are you and me, and occasionally a couple of others, the only ones posting? Are all the other nations here merely puppets belonging to a hand full of us? We need some RMB activity! I'm here twice every day to respond to some engaging comments were they here like yours.

There is always recruitment and we haven't had an active President in a long while. If and when we get one, he/she just sits there and doesn't do anything but naval gaze.

Although it’s probably just a matter of having things to do. Is there RP? Is there gameplay stuff? How about polls? The discord imo seems a bit empty lol. It’s a matter of keeping people engaged.

From what I understand region building is time consuming and takes a bit of effort.

Perhaps conducting a study on successful regions and see where they went correctly. Thaecia and Spiritus come to mind.

Imo you would think a region with Hell behind it would be far more active, perhaps more direct intervention is required.

Good ideas. My specialty in the game is foreign relations. Now if we had someone to oversee RP's, plan cultural events, & etc., we could be in fine shape.

First and foremost, recruitment must be insatiable. There are too many succumbing to the 28 day virus. Another thing is engaging new members to become active.

You can add quite a few more to those two. It takes a committed Founder and teamwork of the members to make a successful region, otherwise it's a long decent to CTEing.

All of us older players hit the wall after a bit and our activity tanks. I feel that may be true in Hell as well as here.
