" It's.. simple isn't it.. if not then Pardon my bluntness, but i was referring to certain parts of your nation's infrastructure and that of your own statements, Perhaps we Ascoiyans could help with such a thing could we not? Since.. after all you has chosen to turn down my offer.. let alone with my rushed arrival, I am almost certain there is something I could offer for you to allow myself to arrive with such little notice "
"Ah, yes, of course. Infrastructure of all kinds is probably the greatest concerns of the Federated Empire. We have been assembling a team of engineers ready to make certain transportation systems, like bullet trains or autogyros, but in the end, any help would be truly appreciated.
But the details and the specifics of something so official is a conversation for the palace, not a limo."
The limo parks in front of the large build that is clearly the palace. It has a variety of ornate designs, with huge diversity in style to likewise match the extremely diverse multiethnic empire of Saulend. Although impressive, it is clear that many parts of it, particularly in the back end of the palace, are under construction. The Emperor exits the vehicle. "I do apologize for the incomplete state of the palace, but I assure you, that should not interrupt our talks."
Visois and Saulend may my nation have the honor of joining your alliance for I am as well a Democratic nation. While my people may not elect me their representatives do(the lesser khans) in a traditional way known as a kurultai. Visois I know you may not be particularly fond of me, but I hope that you can look past our differences for the good of our 3 nations
With their Arrival at the Imperial Palace, her eyes would seem to be Immediately drawn to the various architectural styles which decorated the outside walls of such a Palace, following him outside of the vehicle, before eventually turning back to look at him, speaking as she would do so;
" It is.. an Interesting style to it.. even if Incomplete, I'm more curious on what it looks like inside.. oh, and while I can still remember, if you need assistance with Public transportation I'm more than certain we can help out, Now. won't you lead your guest within your Own fortress? "
As she would finish she would just be able to move to the side of the Emperor, speaking more so out of curiously than of a Hurried Rushed fashion, seemingly being more curious on the interior than the exterior of the Palace
Just some small news on the political state of Saulend.
With each of the WLP Trials, more and more evidence mounts proving that WLP leadership is responsible for the aid and allowance of many crimes committed in these riots. With the jury convicting suspects in all but one of the trials, the door for the official banning of the WLP has been opened.
The People's General Assembly, followed by the Federal Senate, will hold votes to say "Aye" or "Nay" in the banning of the WLP.
Democracy & Liberation (D&L), a small-to-moderately sized right wing capitalist party of Saulend, has been undergoing some internal platform strife. A large minority of their base is made up of Geoists, but of the bills sent to the National Congress by D&L, very few have been representative of this Geoist faction, despite geoism being written as an official ideology in the D&L platform.
As such, there is much contention over this, as Geoists are saying they are being ignored by the party elites, and accused the party of hypocrisy. It's very probable that next election cycle, the Geoists will form there own party, and even potentially side with the Unionist Front, the current largest political party in Saulend.
-Many Visians find the Saulendish government’s decision to vote on a ban of a political party is quite hypocritical given their outrage at the Visian governments banning of extremists political parties. Public Approval of Saulend in Visois goes down.
The Visian government, afraid to lose it’s regained ally, decides to not speak on the matter at hand.
"Ah, the workers have done a wonderful job of the interior of the palace. So impressive, I gave all the workers who worked here a 200% raise. And while still on the topic, we do have many plans for public transport, and your help will be just what we needed."
Some Imperial guards open the ornate doors of the Palace for the two Imperial leaders, and the entrance hallway proves to be of an incredibly rustic and humble style, giving a near poetic contrast with the exterior. The walls, floor and ceiling are made with the finest wood, and there are even some potted plants with freshly planted cherry trees. On the left side of this entrance hallway, there is a large painting, depicting what seems to be the Emperor on a horse, surrounded by various figures that give off the impression of some revolutionary guerilla. They all have various unique and diverse weaponry, and in the background, a large field with the occasional blooming cherry tree, and a large, grey cloud coming from the right of the painting.
"This here painting was made not to long after I began my campaign to reunite the empire in 2012. I wanna say this was just before we lead a massive victory over a warlord who occupied land just south of the greatest lake in Saulend.
But I digress, we have things to discuss."
Another pair of imperial guards at the other side of the hallway open a set of much larger door, revealing a large room with various sculptures on the outskirts of the chamber (mostly depicting Emperor Wallace and his various wartime comrades). There are also large floor-to-ceiling windows on the left and the right side of the chamber, each looking out on ponds with various fish and even bamboo plants surrounding the pools.
In the middle of this large room is a much humbler circle of couches with a marble coffee table in the center. Emperor Wallace takes a seat on one of the couches, and an Imperial servant with a bottle of some sort of bright red drink approaches the empress.
"Would you like a glass of our sweet cherry wine before you begin negotiations with Our Good Emperor?"
