... Katana? War? No, please no. Millions died to the warlords. I can't let this happen again. 200 years of suffering is bad enough as is, 200 more would mean certain doom. God no. I ain't a commie, but the peace must be maintained. Our children must know a clear sky at last, no more smoke from the cannons and guns. Not again, please no.
*Ahem* I mean, maybe we should consider more friendly approaches?
Will our people ever see peace?! Is this the cruel joke of the spirits?! Millions died to the petty ambitions of insufferable warlords as is, now we must kill over silly colors of red?! Why have you forsaken us, spirits?!

You have not taken in the truth of what death means. You have not seen to 20 ft deep pits of bones of innocent victims. Each skeleton a regular person, who deserved nothing to gain their demise. You have not seen the fields of endless ash where once great cities stood. You have not seen the innocent life of a harmless child burnt to a crisp by a fire caused by some idiotic warlord who didn't get his way. You are a fool if you think the greatest pain of all, war, is "fun".
-The city government of Marsir has devised a plan to deal with the small communist group taking over some city blocks. The City shuts down all water and electricity to the area and patiently waits for them to starve themselves
-After a day of not being able to do anything, many extremists hoping for some kind of revolution went home saddened. Police disbanded the rest of the group and water and power were returned to the affected areas. The National Assembly use this strange event as an excuse to start proposing questionable bills to “prevent regrettable ideologies”
I literally have to have war all the time lest the lesser khans think me weak and or EVERY THING I HAVE BUILT WHILE COME CRUMBLING DOWN BECAUSE MY PEOPLE CANT SUSTAIN THEM SELVES.
Clay Clade secretly offers safe refuge to any communist and some socialist politicians in exchange that they become political figureheads for Clay. He offers them and their family safety, protection, riches, wealth, and many dinners of feasting.

The lazulian navy sends two Gotland-class submarines to Visois to safely bring back anyone of real importance. The submarine is nearly impossible to detect thanks to its super stealth equipment and technology. The subs are rather small and old. They can only hold only a few passengers of importance. They bring only the best on these nearly undetectable subs.
