No, but we've always had a small town vibe so it could have possibly had a Mayberry feel to it.

Thank you kindly for the offer. I checked it out, and it appears to be a very nice external forum, though designed somewhat to feel familiar to discord users. Definitely one of the nicer forums I've seen, quite impressive. Unfortunately, I simply cannot get into the habit of using external forums for this site...I've tried multiple times in the past, and just sort of bounce off of them, and then forget :P And I just like it gameside, more, so I stick to RMBs now.

#Best Week Ever

We had my sister and brother-in-law over for steaks on the grill yesterday. It was a lovely afternoon and my sister gave me a bobble head that looks like me!

Just wrapped up a weekend of parades, carnival rides, fireworks, formal dress alterations, shoe shopping, broken hearts, and barbecue. The kids were all around and that made it the #BestWeekEver

My brother recently had covid, but he has recovered and will still be able to attend our niece's wedding Memorial Day weekend!

The Sasquatch Militia is proudly punching transphobic Nazis in Layem and that's definitely something to be thankful for.

I missed posting a Best Week Ever because of why I am thankful ...
I am thankful that my niece and her (now) husband found each other. I attended their wedding this past weekend and they are perfect for each other!

This could be one of those times when it's difficult to say that this was even a good week, let alone the best week ever. That wedding I attended resulted in a bunch of people getting covid, including my wife and maybe me (I'm waiting on my pcr ... the rapid was negative). I really don't even have to think very hard before coming up with reasons to declare this a best week ever, though. The most important is that not a single person who contracted the virus at the wedding had bad symptoms ... at worst they felt like they had a bad cold. I don't even have symptoms. Thank goodness for vaccines! The other obvious reason that this was such a good week is that our squatchy TSR founder finally received his well-deserved Commnedation! Congrats, Illahee!
So ... even in weeks that seem not so great on the surface, much can be found for which to give thanks.

I'm a day late on this because my wife and I were dealing with our accounts being wiped out through identity fraud yesterday ... such fun! :-D
I am still thankful, though. No one was hurt and we have resources to help tide us over until this is all resolved.

#Best Week Ever

Well ... it's yet another one of those weeks. All of our bank accounts were cleaned out by someone who stole my wife's identity.
However ... even though it's incredibly stressful and a lot of work, at least banks are insured and we will eventually get our money back.
We have each other, our families, and very supportive friends. Every week God keeps us around to try to become better people is a good week!
