I hold a grudge against them because they did something I wasn't okay with, what did they even get DEATed, and what is this reason? I want to know because I don't know what he did and I don't know if I should be concerned or curious about what he did.

You can use a oral thermometer as a rectal one but you must NEVER do vice versa.

My only theory is that the nation(s) that uploaded .gif flags over the ration limit did it before they had those restrictions in place.

He was, someone, basically one of the only things you did that was notable enough for me to mention was that he proposed that all of us meet up in Singapore, posted propaganda for the alliance I started (which died along with my first nation) on the rmb which had a mention of our rival group doing something which I refuse to mention since it was actually repulsive, basically they were an annoying person thru & thru
