I don't think it's a question of "should" because it's unavoidable that there'll be a divide between those who are RMB-only members of TRR and those who are solely active on discord, etc. There's even a divide between members here on the RMB depending on what conversations they engage in. :P

You can definitely do things to promote engagement on the RMB and cross-membership. But the RMB, even if TRR wasn't lacking the same tools other regions have *cough* banning *cough* is simply not the best avenue to organize a region. Despite that, it's still the region, and it's most public part, the in-game part, so it shouldn't be ignored.

Yes. Other regions emphasize too heavily on discord or other sites and thus 90% of the community doesn't know any s**t that goes on.
