From what i have seen most Fratt haters are his political opponents.
I personally like Fratt because i am a defender.

I have suggested in the past that there should be 2-3 RMB censors that everyone has to send thier messages to. Their job will be to shift though all those message and post a single daily summary, which would be the only approved posts of the day.

Everything else will be suppressed.
