Being in a region as big as TNP, they have to have rules so then there is order and stability within the region or else it would just be a jumbled mess of nations mushed together. Being in the region means you gotta follow the region's rules

I'm not doing Z-day if I can't exterminate. We already did cure last year, and the year before that and on and on. I cannot recall a single time TNP did not go for the cure. If this persists, I might leave the region.
