Llo was a truly incredible Assemblian, never has there in the history of TLA is there a single person as instrumental to a region as Llo has been and I doubt that we would ever see an Assemblian of such magnitude in the future. Almost everything done in TLA up to the point of Llo's retirement has his fingerprints all over it and even today, after more than a whole year of Llo's retirement, we still rely on many of Llo's works. While I wasn't here for the entirety of Llo's stay in NS, I can certainly say that Llo was the most influential Assemblian of my time in NS. Llo was a great friend and mentor to me and I would sincerely, like to thank him for that. Thank you and farewell, Llo, we will miss you!
