May 13, 2022 3:42 PM BREAKING NEWS Oil disaster in the Andaluzian Sea An oil platform within the Andaluzian Sea at the Furtado Prospect has begun pouring raw oil into the water north of Galveias. At the moment not much is known about the cause other than an explosion heard from the shoreline. Currently, helicopters of the Andaluzian Coast Guard are being flown to and from the platform to perform rescue operations of the operators on the oil rig along with other Coast Guard craft. It is expected that if the well is not able to be plugged swiftly, it is likely that most of the Andaluzian Sea will become filled with oil damaging the local wildlife and ruining the shorelines of both Andaluzia and Terranihil. It is not expected to affect any countries outside of the Andaluzian Sea due to the strong currents which push water into the Sea and not out. I appreciate the thought, and it’s far from the worst SC draft in the world. That said, it’s not specific enough to have a chance of passing, realistically. If you were interested in making a serious attempt, you’d be best off to do some research and draft it on the SC forums for feedback. May 14, 2022 Olste Oil slick begins to form The Furtado Oil Spill has continued to grow at a steady rate. Officials have yet to release official numbers for the flow rate along with a lack of any information about how the well will be stopped. In worse news, the official final death count of the explosion and fire comes up to 13 dead and two injured. The remaining staff were taken by helicopter to shore last night. At the moment, it is believed that the cause of the explosion was a wellhead blowout caused by a buildup of gas. This is currently under inspection. Terra do Sol King Amor takes the fight to CODECO King Amor of our great and beautiful nation of Andaluzia took the fight to the villains that reside over CODECO.
