- Portugal Is Great: (Portugium est Magnium in Victoran Latin) Despite the fact that Portugal cannot actually into great, he's a cool guy irl.

- Remulia: One of the Empire's closest relations beyond the confines of their native Universe. For three years, the Officio Emissarius has been prepared to open a fully-fledged diplomatic program with the Khmer, yet the debate within the Senatorum Imperialis continues to drag on, despite the tremendous efforts of the Lord Emperor.

- Wormfodder delivery Service: (Mercatoris Wyrmcabaria in Victoran Latin) Many within the Collegia Mechanica seek to acquire samples of the so-called 'Wormfodder'. Each Tech-Magister has their own idea as to what should be done with it. Some seek to study it, others seek to use it as a possible fuel source, others still would see it weaponized. Some within the Collegia are hesitant to open trade with the Delivery Service, for it is a dangerous thing to indulge the desires of aberrant Tech-Magi.

Neutral Relations

- Kiu ghesik: (Gens Ges in Victoran Latin) A Level II Society of nomads, Imperial interactions with the Ghes people has been stymied by a number of renegade Time Lords affiliated with the Empire. Kalnorazagothdenarusa, Keeper of the Imperial Matrix, claims that the timestream of the Ghes is too full of temporal nexus points and interference may be dangerous if not detrimental. The Lord Emperor has largely been kept in the dark about the Ghes as he would likely ignore Kalnor's warnings and opt for "benevolent intervention".

- Merni: He's my region's local Grammar Police

- Bloodshade: (Sanguisumbra in Victoran Latin) Arcanum has only interacted with Countess Ambrosia Von Carstein on a few occasions. Prime Minister Weiss has been harassing Emperor Arcanum for quite some time now to actually arrange a meeting with the Countess in hopes that relations between the two nations can move beyond simply "Neutral". Arcanum has also developed a habit of sending numerous "love letters" to the Countess when he's bored because he thinks it's funny, whether or not this will sour relations remains to be seen.

- Alpes a septentrionali imperium: (Imperium Alpes in Victoran Latin) The leaders of the Victoran Empire and Alpes don't like each other all too much

- Nouveau quebecois: (Nova Cebec in Victoran Latin) Same as the above. The leaders of the Victoran Empire and NQ don't like each other all too much

- Kyria: They're Xenophobes (in the sense they don't like extraterrestrials) which creates problems for obvious reasons

- The islands of versilia: Akeldama sees Arcanum as an asinine idiot. In response Arcanum began sending numerous sarcastic love letters, which kinda proves Akeldama's point.

- The zravvisk: (Gens Varsic Draconis in Victoran Latin) The Armada has continuously condemned the actions of the Empire and the Great Crusade. Radical members of the Imperial Parliament are pushing to "re-direct" an Enemy race at the Armada. The idea is that the Armada commits genocide to save themselves or they are destroyed. These radicals claim that either way is a success.

- Greater Cosmicium: After raiders from Cosmicium's Universe attempted to raid an Agri World within the Imperial Hearltand, and Imperial Commander lead retaliatory strike against Greater Cosmicium. Due to lack of knowledge on the Cosmician Universe, the Commander mistakenly connected the freelance raiders to the Cosmician government. The brief skirmish innevitably lead to heated tensions between the Empire and Greater Cosmicium, currently both nations are currently locked in a Cold War.
