Glad to hear you have been doing alright! I'm doing quite okay myself like I said. Being an adult is not fun, manageable, but not fun. 😅
I've been mostly working, studying, managing relationships, personal finances and bills, and mental and emotional health. Lots of things to juggle. I wish I could go back to the slower and calmer days... 😭😭😭😭😭
But obviously, we can only go forward! 😊✊✊
And you mentioned you've had an eventful few years. What happened? If I may inquire. Hopefully some good news! 😊

I think it'd be nice to maybe get some embassies up and running, and maybe see if we can reconnect with some people that we knew back when we were in Iwaku (if you remember some of their names).

I went to read our old chats on the RMB a while back and you said we got 100 nations within our region back then, honestly, rereading that now made me feel proud but sad at the same time. Proud because our tiny little region back then got so much attention and grew so much, especially from everyone's hard work, dedication, and love! Then I felt sad, because I wasn't active as much and reading everything after my inactivity and CTE made me sad. Seeing how everyone slowly disappeared, left, and eventually, the fall of something that could of been amazing. 😞
Which is why I now feel determined to bring back that fire!
And I do agree it would be nice to get some embassies up and running again, especially with Iwaku AND our old Iwaku friends, if they're still around. That would be very wonderful actually! I would love nothing more than to reconnect with everyone, if possible. Maybe even make some new friends! 😊😊😊
I don't really remember many of our Iwaku friend's names because, well, I'm only human. 😅
But if I go through the old Iwaku chats and our old RMB messages, I'm certain I can find everyone!

Also, rereading everything, you worked really hard to foster our region's growth. So for that, I really want to truly thank you for your work. I'm pretty sure Wonderland wouldn't have got it's chance if it weren't for you, Arden!
So again, thank you for your dedication and hard work!
Since I never said so back then... My apologies...

On a lighter note, I think "Recruitment" is too heavy of a word. I think preferably we should refer "Recruitment" to "Invitations" instead, rather than the latter. It sounds a bit daunting. We aren't building an army. 😅
Well, maybe an army of friends, but certainly not for violence! 😅
And it's just a light suggestion but yes, again, thank you for your Telegram workings as well!

In some ways. I mean, the first surgery was necessary, not actually sure how much the subsequent ones helped, hard to tell.

Mostly personal growth and expanding my capabilities. I moved schools back in 2016 and met an entirely different (and much less toxic) group of friends, had my first job in 2017 during my final year of sixth form (high school), then went on to University and had a mixed experience with the people I met there before going on to become a Muay Thai practicioner at the end of my first year (met a lot of my closest friends training at my MT gym). I'm now repeating third year of University because a bunch of my lectures last year were cancelled due to constant strikes.

I'm 23 now and I also really wish I had the lesser responsibilities of my younger self again, however you are certainly right in that forward is the only way to go.

I think Iwaku split into two separate regions a few years ago. I remember a few names off the top of my head, I'll search around for them when I have some free time and see what I can do.

For now we can start small, and just keep posting between us 3 for a bit to catch up and chat for a while. Anyone who wants to join us will be welcome, but it'd be nice to just settle back in for a little bit, I reckon.

They were draining you of your money! 😱
Joking. 😆
Hopefully you don't experience too much pain... Wishing you well.
Here's a tomato for your health. 🤲🍅

Quite eventful indeed. A new group of friends who are less toxic (Or even just one good friend.) is always a welcome, so that's good to hear you have a good group of friends now. 😊
So you know how to do karate chops now? That's actually amazing. 😄
I'd probably trip over my own foot, so, that's a no go for me. Too clumsy. 😅

And yes... The past must remain in the past. Which is why, like I previously stated, want to create a new region. Glad you understand that forward is the right path too. I mean, sometimes it okay to go back and see the past though. 😊😉

Yes, I did some looking around too, recently, and I noticed that they did split. One seems to be relatively inactive (and rather lonely.) and the other seems to be more alive and bustling. Our old home in old Iwaku is so quiet and lonely now. Eventually, I plan on moving forward with a similar course of action like Iwaku. Leaving TGW for a new version. Of course, I'd leave my nation here to watch over here and simply make a new nation to move to the new region, just so our old memories here also don't disappear.

And I agree. Settling back in and catching up is a definite must. 😄
Although, I'm feeling rather settled in myself, already. 😄
But take your time, Arden. Settle back in. 😊

I didn't pay anything for my surgeries, even though I am American.

Unfortunately, I didn't keep up with my school friends, however I do spend a lot of time with my friends from training, although karate chops aren't really a part of it, haha (it's kickboxing with knees and elbows).

I have another nation I could send to a new region, if you'd like to go with that course of action. I'm not really using it anymore, so I could repurpose it for this new project.

How did you do that? 😮
Did you find a loophole in the system? 😮

That is the unfortunate truth and inevitable way about friends from school. You eventually part ways with many of them, willingly or not. I have experienced the same experience as well, but I have made new friends as well.
And it's good to hear that you have friends who have and share a common interest with you. 😊
I could do more with friends who share a mutual interest in my hobbies and interests. Although, I'll work with what I have. 😅
I'm don't have too much knowledge about fighting things, rather I don't have knowledge about anything fighting at all, really. But it's good to hear you've picked up a new hobby! 😊

And regarding to the new region, if you're willing to send another nation to it once it's made, that would be wonderful. I'll start working on some things related to our new region and try to reestablish a connection with Iwaku.
Also, I had an idea recently. What if you or Leland were to take command or create a new region? I think it would be a wonderful idea. 😊

I got injured in the line of duty.

This is kind of late, but...
Happy New Year!
Hopefully 2023 is a good one for everyone. ^-^

Oh! Are you a police officer now, then? I can only assume so, since a police officer would probably have benefits from the government, correct?

No, I used to be a soldier.
