The Gorbastani government and the Holy Throne jointly own a shipping corporation based in the Brethren port city of Cacot. If the corporation's impact on Brethren's life is shown to be positive, it will be taken out of the experimental phase and made a more permanent thing. General sense of friendliness.

In the past, Levantin's government fabricated a terrorist attack and pinned it on "Dolphinist radicals" under the command of the Holy Throne. These entirely false charges were then used as a pretext to bomb Brethren population centres; Levantin's behaviour with other so-called "western" nations is not dissimilar to this. Levantin is thus seen as untrustworthy by the Throne.

Their hives and sub-hives have also been granted Brethren citizenship. Hives and individuals living in The death syndicate have not been granted Brethren citizenship, despite being part of the same overmind as the Brethren fortiscarabs. This overmind has likewise not been granted citizenship.
