It is good to find new friends on this plane of The Continuation. I hope together we, The Order Of The Afternoon and The Doctor Who Universe will find and follow the way of The Truth, or as we Afternoonsists call it, The Afternoon. Whether you see it that way or not, I believe regardless that we are headed in the same direction.
Therefore, as we both have learned to count the shadows, I will encourage some among the Order's ranks to explore this region's contents. In turn, I'd like to request at least one nation, whether they are a puppet or a main, to step forward and join the Order, as a diplomatic sign of the bond both of our region now have.
